# MANAGE YOUR BACKLOG
Track video games you're currently playing with Cartridge. Organize your backlog, set priorities and completion goals, and do more to help you stay focused and complete games.
With Cartridge, you can also set favorites, take notes as you play games, and write reviews after you complete them. With Cartridge Premium, you can track your games in style with custom themes, create and manage game lists, and record to-do lists.
Our goal is simple: to help you finish as many games as possible. Cartridge helps you get better at playing and finishing your video games.
# iCLOUD SYNC
By default, Cartridge uses iCloud to sync your games across your iOS devices. Syncing is automatically handled by iCloud, and can be turned on or off via your device iCloud settings.
# CARTRIDGE PREMIUM
Cartridge is FREE with a one-time in-app purchase to unlock the app. With Cartridge Free, you can track up to 10 games at a time.
With Cartridge Premium, you'll gain the ability to track all of your video games, without limits (for free users, the maximum number of games you can track is 5).

The games that the widget show are based on what you last viewed and/or edited in Cartridge. Due to some limitations with how the app is structured, it's not currently customizable, but I'm looking at ways on how to do that in the future.
TIP JAR: Support Cartridge further with OPTIONAL tips in-app!
To all users of Cartridge, whether you're a Premium user, or Free, thank you for downloading, using, and upgrading the app. Every piece of support helps a lot. As you know, Cartridge is made by one person (me!). Since Cartridge doesn't use subscriptions, its income is one-time, from Premium purchases. Cartridge is now FULLY themed! As per popular request, we have added a new free theme called "Cartridge Pink" that swaps around the main blue and pink tint colours, and we've added 4 new Premium Themes: Sakura, Ocean, Lavender, and Chrome. I think you'll love these immersive, colourful themes.
Premium Themes are only available to Cartridge Premium users, so if you've been on the fence upgrading, hopefully this one convinces you! As time goes on, I'll be adding more Premium themes to the fold. If you have any theme requests, let me know on Twitter!
HOURS PLAYED
You can now track the number of hours you've played for each game! As I add more data points to the app, Hours Played is a good way to track your progress by means of seeing how much time you've spent playing. This is available to all users, Free and Premium!

You can now add and edit the Start Date of games you're playing. By default, all new games will have an initial start date as the day you add them. Existing games will need to be edited to include a Start Date.
## App Icon Shortcuts!
You can now long press on the Cartridge icon on your iPhone or iPad to quickly jump to adding a New Game.

A must have for gamers!
Great app that I truly think is worth the premium purchase price for all gamers! How many of us have a backlog of games that we sometimes forget about? Maybe you put it back on the shelf, meaning to come back to it “Next weekend” but you forget and something else comes up. Or something similar to that. Here, though, just add the game to the app, and with a single tap, you can see everything on a great “to do” list, so to speak.
App looks great and is very minimal in the best way possible. Love the options of the different themes, and I hope many more are added! Maybe a cool retro monochrome type of theme?

App looks great and is very minimal in the best way possible. Love the options of the different themes, and I hope many more are added! Maybe a cool retro monochrome type of theme?

Very Simple and Powerful App
I find this app to be the best app to quickly track the games in my library and helps to keep my focus on playing only a game or two at a time.
Only recommendation is to build in functionality with HowLongToBeat. This would help me further prioritize the order of games that I play. Would keep me from needing to go to 2 different places to track my games.

A Very Functional App with a Minimalistic UI
Gets the job done with keeping track of your game catalog. Has a very clean user interface. Some recommendations: add more sorting options (alphabetically, platform, and genre). Add ‘Fighting’ to list of genres. Improve the visibility of the cover images since most appear cropped.

The UI of the app is simple and easy to use. The ability to add priority to games and mark progress on games are a couple really nice features!

Fix glitches
Doesn’t show added pictures just a blank. I purchased the full version too. Seems like a glitch.

useful—in theory
i like the backlog option and how simple the ui is. however, the free version only lets you track 5 games in your library, and if you’re downloading an app like this…you’re playing more than 5 games.

To conquer that backlog
I was searching for something that would track my game progress beyond trophy hunting. When I come back to a game, I needed something that would refresh my memory on where I left off and what I needed to do. This app is perfect. I can write out a list of To Do’s, love that I can add comments so I can remember what I need to finish a quest/task. There are notes that I can jot down my playthrough about what I accomplished and what I want to work on next. Also a place to review, where I can write down my impressions as I play. The search engine is robust, allowing me to find even those small indie games yet to be released and add to my wishlist.
Some suggestions:
When finishing an item on the To Do, the completed task move to the bottom of the list. Right now, done and to be done tasks are jumbled together.
I own games that I haven’t even played yet. An option to set the status under Owned or something like that would be awesome, especially for gamers who have huge collections and want to make sure they don’t buy a game twice.
A social option? I would love see other players chip away at their backlog, watching their progress bar go up or finish games.
A graph bar or monthly/yearly summary of completing games. I love that you have the option of when you began and finished a game—so many apps don’t have this!—and it would be awesome to see some sort of graph to keep the motivation going.
In summary, I believe this app is going to help me conquer more games this year. Thank you!
