I’ve had this app long enough to have tested and tried it out pretty well. I have to say so far I have been impressed. The surveys are decent and the pay is fair and decent. Plus the plenty of bonuses to earn, and a feature that lets you join a community group for even extra money. Cashew gives you an extra percentage of what everybody earns in your group for that week. It all goes into a pot and at the end of the week, that bonus is added. I will say I had one issue with the app and I sent an email voicing my issue, and let me say, I got the kindest reply, and my issue was addressed in depth and my issue was completely addressed, promptly I might add. So yes, I would recommend def. If you run on any issues, I can say the creator(s) seem on top of trying to make this app stand out among the many others. Good job so far!!!

First I want to say that i’ve gotten $15 in like a weeks time by doing surveys whenever I feel like it. Second, the customer service is just amazing. I had messaged them about a problem past 6pm and I received a reply in MINUTES, I think it was probably about 5-15 minutes. I have never received a reply that quick from real customer service who isn’t just a bot. The staff tried their best to deal with my problem even though it was late. The problem got resolved the next day. My only complaint is that sometimes i’ll be halfway through a survey and they’ll disqualify me but that is the fault of the survey provider and not Cashew’s fault at all. I’ve been more qualified for surveys using Cashew than using other survey taking apps.

Solid survey platform!
I have tried endless survey opportunities from app to actual intricate ones that didn’t equal out to what i put into it. This platform is extremely different and it definitely is one of the top out there. It is user friendly, organized and easy to understand. The formation for payout also is great with the minimum $ So far i would place this up with the others i like among many that i have tried and immediately disliked. Give it a shot and see!

Keep in mind I have had this app for less than a day. I haven’t reached cash out nor was I expecting to. However, I am a little frustrated that these surveys will say it takes five minutes, And then you’ll go to the survey and it will bring you to like four different surveys and then the site will crash and you don’t get any points whatsoever. So out of every 10 surveys let’s say I actually get credit for two. If you’re in a time crunch and you’re doing these surveys as a way for quick cash outs I’m not sure this is it. But like I said I’ve only had this for less than a day and also I don’t see anything more than $.70 per survey.

Cool Features
I enjoy this app and they have added incentives for completing missions like logging in and survey attempts. You have the chance to level up to receive higher rewards, which is cool. My only complaint is that at least one of the survey companies they work with will keep sending you through qualification questions over and over. You’ll spend a few minutes and it will send you to another survey and then another and another without ever actually qualifying, which is a waste of time. Cashew doesn’t create the surveys, but they do choose which survey companies to work with so this is in part on them.

Sad right now
I like the app so it makes it hard to low ball my rating because I have cashed out 3 times so far, but my question is what is the deal with your daily survey challenges, and not the normal ones that are extra and always there, I mean the limited ones that expire after so many tries and get updated daily. Why is it that every time I try to take one of those surveys not a single one of them work, even if I answered all the questions correctly on top of even answering honestly about the topics I did know about but still was disqualified every time it’s becoming a pain.

A Great App to Earn
I’ve been using the app for a while, and it’s rewarding I’ve cashed out on it, but since a while now I’ve experiencing an issue; showing I’ve failed several surveys in a role today, that Ill be eligible for survey after completing a successful survey and I did but still shows the same everyday. And which I lodge several complaints, but no solution I even thought it’s about updating the app and I update the app, but not long after the update I was not able to Login to the app again without any notice or any warning of breaking the rules as it was stated in the User Agreement. This is a sad experience for me as I’ve a little amount of Dollars there for me to withdraw. I hope there will be a solution to it ASAP.

Great Survey App
This is a great survey app. One of very few that have a low payout threshold of only $5. I have cashed out a couple times and it works fine and DOES pay! Has a wide range of surveys, categorized by pay and time to complete, which is really helpful to know how long a survey is expected to take before starting it. Also has ways to level up and cash bonuses when leveling up, which is not something I have seen in any other survey app, and makes it a little more fun.

Too bad I had to change my rating☹️
Edit: so the first few weeks of doing surveys on this app were awesome! Was able to qualify quite often and actually got to cash out a few times so that was great! Then things started to go downhill fast. I qualified less and less, and now it’s where I dont ever seem to qualify. And if I do, the past 5 or 6 times I have gotten all the way to the end of a survey only to be told I didn’t qualify after all… plus the payouts of all the surveys seemed to be way less than they were when I first signed up. And I’ve notice that the same select few on the leaderboards are still making hundreds of dollars a week??? I’m finding it hard to believe…. Sad.
