Like it but
I like the platform. I really enjoy the questions of choices to see what you may be similar with or not with an individual. I feel safe in a safe site. I was temporarily on another non religious site and it was a terrible experience. Here we share the same faith may this site grow. Many blessings to everyone. Love you.

Hey this is my honest experience with this app, I’d like to see this app improve because of the underlying purpose.
1) The questions, content and format are great for seeking someone who is of faith. I greatly appreciate this aspect.
2) The filtering option does not actually work. It shows profiles outside of the criteria.
3) It presents you with every profile. The profiles don’t auto hide after you’ve seen them.
4) the location settings are too broad, it should present a slider option with mileage.
5) I’m unable to see if my messages have actually sent.
6) My profile was deleted after trying to trouble shoot the app by un-installing and re-installing
7) There is no option to update email or password
8) Password input does not require a “re-enter” password option.
9) I don’t know how old profiles are, or if the profiles are active users.
10) The price point should come down or be a flat $10 for all users for full features. I would only implement this after all of the bugs have been worked out.
11) I recommend using the Big 5 Personality type test questionnaire, personality profile creation and a relatability score based on the individual’s personality type.

Terrible
I feel bad giving one star but the truth is, this app is dreadful. There’s so many bugs that it took literally 15 minutes to type my short bio. Any time I moved the cursor it went back to the top of the page.
It’s also only 1 star because there’s hardly anyone on the app and you can’t change the settings for only people local to see you (people all over the world can like and start a convo with you). You also can’t filter people out/unmatch them so every day the same people show up on your match list. And again, hardly anyone is on the app. Really too bad, I wish it was better!

Very good Catholic dating app
I’d highly recommend this app (it’s been featured on Trent Horn’s podcast and on Catholic Answers live) to look for Catholic local (or international) singles to date and hopefully marry.
The only complaint I have is that the app still doesn’t give you the option to filter out profiles that don’t have pictures. That filter option would make navigation potential matches much easier for users like me.

Great App
I’ve been enjoying using this app. I really like how you can see what they believe quickly and you can make your decision on whether to pursue them quicker. The only problem I have is that, while for the most part it is fine, the app has some weird glitches at times. The community is also small, but that is to be expected.

Very glitchy
I really like the app and a lot of the features, however the app barely works even after I purchased a subscription. Even though I like it unfortunately it's not usable with how many bugs/glitches and crashes there are. Only other issue which is not the apps fault, but there are not very users on here which makes it difficult to match with someone. Hopefully if there are improvements made, more people will sign up

Customer service is nonexistent
I’ve tried other Christian and catholic dating sites before so when I heard about this one I was exited to see that some catholic celebrities like Jason Evert and Matt Fradd promoted Catholic Chemistry.
While the format is easy to use and kind of a fun modern app with “this or that” questions for the profiles and such, the service is horrible!!!
I have sent two messages to the contact page because when I paid for the subscription, suddenly the app kicked me out and wouldn’t take my login info anymore. I have heard nothing in response the last few weeks and now I want my money back.
I’d rather pay more money to use catholic match and have AMAZING customer service and endless resources on the blog than pay less and get no customer service and have no access to the app. What is this??

Paid for an upgrade I didn’t get
I paid to upgrade my account and the upgrade never happened. Logged in and out of the account multiple times hoping it would refresh, but no changes occurred. I also tried on the actual website with no success. My iPhone says the subscription is active, but I’m still unable to see my likes, messages, etc. I keep being asked to upgrade even though I already paid for one. So disappointing, seems like a scam.

Good but Weird
I love the app and the premise. I don’t love that sometimes it’s sort of glitchy. I sent messages and they are not in my messages section just moments later. We’re they deleted or something? I liked someone and he is not listed in my likes but someone else is who I don’t remember looking at. Very confusing. But I hope to find someone here as there are people I’m genuinely interested in!

Poor App
It's quite a disappointing concept, the time it took me to write a few lines of my bio was exhausting, it seems that even old profiles are never removed and when you do a search one small false move and will send you completely to restart your search and the filters that you had selected for your search disappear. this is a poor app i don't recommend it at all. what a pity.
