The world’s top footballers may be taking a well-deserved holiday before the season kicks off, but we’ve been working hard in pre-season to make some great improvements to the Caught Offside app. A couple of features are ready for you to have a go with – try them out for the pre-season friendlies!
- Integration with Youtube and Instagram – we continue to improve our curated match specific twitter feeds by adding both youtube videos and instagram photos relating to a match right into the event twitter stream. You can take a look at all the in stadium photos and behind the scenes videos other fans are posting
- Post photos to the fan stream – you can now post photos of yourself at the ground or watching at home with your feet up, direct into the fan stream for all of fanatix users to see
- Bumper stats and more match info – we’ve turbo-charged the match info area of the app to bring you all the team news and stats you’re used to, as well as all the best content from across the web. With all this info, we make sure you’ve got the complete view of a match

On the iPhone version you can scroll as far back to older news updates and highlights. On the iPad version you miss so much more as you can't scroll back all the way. Also certain videos don't appear on the iPad version but do on the iPhone version. Please fix!

Horrible execution
The videos and pictures rarely appear. You practically scroll down hoping its a vine video or gif or else watch via safari where you're gagged with so much advertising that nothing plays properly. Now even the commentary doesn't come up, just blank patches even after reinstalling. Too bad for a lovely concept.

What a Shame
I loved this app; really great info, highly customizable and sleek graphics. But, I installed the update and it completely stop working on both my iPad and iPhone. Bad time to crash right at the close of the transfer window. I really hope you fix it and maybe next time wait to update it AFTER the window closes.

Not an option
I’m on iOS 13.7 on iPad and this app will not run at all. It starts up and then goes black and won’t function. Needs a serious update here, or else just give up and pull it out of the store.

Good, but needs video replays menu
I absolutely love this app! The only reason for 4 stars is because I have to find the replays in the "news section." I want to have a dedicated screen for replays only instead of looking for replays in news.

Lovely
Lovely app with great sidebar menu. Interface laying out matches is very appealing to the eye, aggregation of news is exact same as iPhone app. There's a detailed calendar and nice integration with social networking.

I don't review many apps if at all really. But being a big futbol fanatic this app is a MUST HAVE! You won't be disappointed!

I just downloaded it so I could confirm how much it really sucked. Don't download it, don't go to their site. Encourage them to find jobs more becoming their talents.........like scrubbing toilets.
