The Crystal Bridges app features a selection of audio and video tours of the museum's permanent collection, arranged around a variety of themes. There is also a "near me" feature that alerts listeners when they are near a featured artwork in the gallery.

Difficult to use
Great audio descriptions when you’re lucky enough to find a painting for which a description has been provided. Unlike most museums were the artworks have an indicator that is keyed to the app and let you know a description as available with this app, you have to search, and it’s a difficult search, and hope to find one. I would give it one star for usability, but when I did find audio descriptions, they weren’t quite good.

Hard to use
The information is good but it’s hard to use because it’s hard to find the information that goes with each piece. It’s a shame. It could be so good.

Wish I had known
Wish I had known this app was available before we went the first time. The museum is beautiful and this would have enhanced our visit. I look forward to using it at my next visit. Wish there was more about the temporary exhibits, there were some very interesting works of art.

Absolutely horrific
Can’t search for anything. Can purchase a ticket. Can’t schedule a trip. Whoever developed this app deserves to have their nails forcibly removed for subjecting people to this nonsense.

They spend $1.2 billion to build a museum and yet they can’t make an app to use within the museum. Smh.

Great museum, big app
Crystal Bridges Museum is very cool to visit. The app is fun to play with anywhere to see art on your phone and can be doubly useful when visiting the museum. But the app takes up a lot of megabytes - is this for the audio tour files? Not a big problem just something to note or slim down if possible.

Nice app but not comprehensive
The Crystal Bridges collection is much broader than this app represents. Many important American artists in the collection and many important pieces are not reviewed in the app. Hope a more complete upgrade is offered soon. The collection is more impressive than this app may lead you to believe. This is a very nice introduction to the Museum. The short narratives are excellent.

Brilliant!
Beautifully done app with excellent content. It's a tremendous companion on a visit to the museum. I trust more content will be added over time, but it already provides a great tool for learning more and better appreciating the experience at this remarkable museum.
