Responsibilities to the adherence of copyright laws require our CCCSeries Apps, to connect directly to the Vatican website inside the App. As such, a Wifi connection is required to use the Vatican Links.
The Holy See has given the United States Conference of Catholic (USCCB) specific rights and responsibilities regarding the Catechism of the Catholic Church. No edition of the Catechism of the Catholic Church, in any language, may be published in the United States or imported for commercial distribution in the United States without the written permission of the USCCB.
Works for academic discourse, e.g. dissertations, scholarly articles, materials intended for use within courses, are exempt from these guidelines provided that all direct and indirect quotes and references are acknowledged.
The ENTIRE Catechism of the Catholic Church and ALL 16 Vatican II documents are here and referenced directly from the Vatican website. (NOTE: An Internet connection is required to use this App)

This update includes changes which bring this App up-to-date with the current version of iOS. All views have been completely re-written, and the TAB BAR has been removed in favor of the new structure used in our other Apps. The CCCSeries 2 contains the complete Vatican reference links of the entire Catechism plus Vatican links to every Vatican II Document, linked to the Vatican, for surety and reliable reference, PLUS added to the new version we have included links to Humanae Vitae!

Advertised as searchable CCC
I bought this App because the original one missed some of the CCC (e.g., PP 1502).In this version, 1502 is still missing. The improvement it that the App forwards me to the CCC on the Vatican website. The page has a search icon that is not active. 😞Disappointing.

I use this app in my Catechism classes I teach. Handy quick reference. Just be within a WiFi connection and you are good to go. I love having this indispensable app on my phone and with me wherever I am. Works great on the iPad! So grateful for this app!

This is merely a shell around links to the Vatican website, and you still deal with glitches you wouldn’t encounter, if you just visited that website.
Save yourself $1.99 and go bookmark the pages yourself. Maybe I can get apple to refund me the two dollars.

Good Design but a Ripoff
Do not buy this series or the other one. Waste of money. Waste of forgiveness. Waste All in All.
It just REFERENCE to Vatican Website. We can all go there and get the info.
If the designer was also an App Developer, they should have made this Catechism App a prime tool to use internally with better cross reference and extensive within the App platforms.
Get the iPieta App. It's worth all your money.
