This app is the closest to actual test!!
This app alone helped me pass my air brake, combination, & CDL general knowledge test. I then went on to get my license, study for hazmat, tripple & double, & tanker

Accuracy is Questionable
The app is generally well designed. Unfortunately, many of the the questions and multiple choice answers are so poorly written that the “correct” answer doesn’t make grammatical sense, which makes it look like an incorrect answer. Then some “correct” answers are just flat out inaccurate. As in, clearly in direct contradiction to the CDL manual, and also mechanical reality.
To make that situation worse, there’s no built in mechanism to report errors to the app developer when you come across them.
In general, it’s been a helpful study tool, but the errors have me lacking confidence that it’s helping me learn the correct answers for the test.

Something is not right” wrong questions wrong answers
I have a legit nj cdl test on my computer I pass the test a few years ago and let it expire but I’m studying again and the questions and answers between the official test are just different. Also I passed the test in the first try. Please try to do something and re write the questions and answers. This test is more confusing and inaccurate than the real test.

Some of the questions are incorrect
Some of the questions are not right. For example the rear tires can have 2/32 tread depth in CA, it said it was incorrect. Also another one said ‘what should you not do’ I chose ‘assume the other driver knows your passing them’. They said the correct one was honk the horn a couple times to alert them you are passing. They said ‘What should you NOT do’. There are a couple other ones that are incorrect, can’t remember off the top of my head.

Great information but the same questions pop up multiple times in almost every practice test. Every test should have different question and not repeat questions over and over. I would recommend taking these practice test and still study the book to insure you have all the information you need.

Excellent ! Actually learn more by reading less of your state manual and studying the multiple tests from this site ! Highly recommended. I failed my NJ test permit A tests my daughter that went too a trucking school Smith and Solomon in Southern recommended this site in conjunction without classroom curriculum. And it works great!

Best CDL study guide hands down.
I used this app for 3 days studying around 10 hours a day. Went to dmv the 4th day and passed general knowledge, combo, double triple, air brakes, and tanker. Some of the questions are the exact same as the dmv. Recommend this app to anyone who wants to get their CDL!

Some false questions
Nice to know you need fuses in a emergency kit stupid question an some dnt make sence get a diff app to study not this one jus downloaded a new app got asked the same question in the new app an it said fuses are not an emergency in a the kit unless your truck has a circuit breaker lol yea no fuses are important in a emergency kit unless your truck has a circuit breaker dnt get this app get the first one above this one

My app isn’t working and I have a subscription
It was working and then all of a sudden the app has been down for three days now. I thought it was me because I needed to pay for it but no it’s not working. Not sure what to do. I went with this app because it has great reviews but I’m paying for an app I can’t use and I have no one I can let them know. May the app owner or whoever manages the app should check more often on there intellectual property. 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️

This is a great app. I have been driving for 32 years & thought i would check this app out & it is great. Well designed easy to use & has great information. It will help you with your cdl tests.
