Attending a live webcast or viewing an on-demand seminar from your mobile device is as easy as tapping a link in your account. One click and the App will do the rest. The presentation will appear on your screen and audio will go through your headphones.

Getting on a plane with no Internet connection? No problem. The App also allows you to download on-demand seminars and view them even while not connected to the Internet. Convenient, Reliable, Educational
I access MedEd via mobile and have not had an issue with access or upload.
Med Ed is a great educational online platform. The content is thorough. I appreciate the notes and the detailed lectures. It is very convenient to be able to access on any mobile device.
I did not find response / feedback to my online question as this was one of the said advantage on the course.
Scrolling back and forth was difficult when I wanted to replay a certain portion.

Downloading doesn’t work
Can’t finish any downloading on iOS, quits at something like 5%.
App times out if you pause the streamed video for a short time and because of constant closing of paused video timed out app it is just aggravating to use.
Reid S my guess is that time out of the app halts downloading and if resumed downloading starts from 0 again and the same thing happens all over again. Streamed video when pausing the app even briefly has been timing out with the app for months/if not more than a year on various iOS devices and multiple IOS versions needing the user to go in from the class/video list back to the desired video and play it again. The app is not closed by user when timing out and background refresh is enabled. This user was on the latest iOS 14.4.2 and iPad and iPhone models released in 2020 and connected to various WiFi networks.
Sorry, I can’t volunteer more of my time to be your troubleshooter as I have a full time job with insane overtime already. Hopefully your developer/tester access iOS devices as they are readily available.

App Glitch currently but overall great app
App is not working at all today. It keeps telling me to update and I am updated. I can’t bypass the message and access my account at all. Additionally, I’ve deleted the app twice and reinstalled and restarted my phone to no avail—same update message that will not allow access to my mobile account. I hope it gets fixed soon!
Otherwise, the only other issue I’ve experienced is not being able to rewind or advance in 15 or 30 second increments. I wish this feature would be added to any current updates. Overall, despite these two issues, I love the app because I can access all my courses and listen in the car, gym, home..basically anywhere. It’s efficient and saves time!

I’m amazed this passed the Apple approval process!
This is a very poorly designed app at every level. They aren’t using any of Apple’s User Interface guidelines, and it has the feel of a very poorly designed website from the 1990s. It’s unintuitive and difficult to find things. Their web-based product isn’t much better. I’m disappointed that my school just switched to this platform b/c it’s really not up to the level of competing platforms.
As an iPad app designer and having gone through Apple’s approval process, I’m shocked that this app made it through ESPECIALLY b/c they lock the screen to portrait mode. This means that landscape videos only use a third of the viewing screen, and you have to figure out a way to prop it up if you don’t want to just hold the tablet the whole time you watch an hour-long video. If you have an iPad Pro, it means you can’t use your apple keyboard/stand to prop it up either.

Download impossible
While I am extremely pleased to have this accessible to me, I would really like to be able to listen to/watch the program off-line. We are on our way to vacation, where we likely will not have access to Internet or service, and I was thinking to catch up on CE ‘s. I have been trying for well over an hour to download the program. Every time the screen goes dormant, the download stops. I have gotten up to 99% downloaded, I get a phone call on work line, screen goes dormant, and I’m left to start from scratch- again. Extremely frustrating. I do wish the program would at least hold onto what has already been downloaded, if it’s going to stop the download at all.

Handy but needs one change
Love being able to access my continuing education trainings wherever I go, especially the long ones, I can listen anywhere and it keeps my place, even if sometimes I’m Listening to it on my computer then switch to my phone for my commute. However, especially for the really long ones, there are times I need to rewind to hear something I missed, or wrote it down, but THERE IS NO WAY TO SKIP BACKWARD OR FORWARD, and the button to scroll is so sensitive it is impossible to not rewind way back or way forward. Really frustrating. Developers please change. When learning we need to be able to review things to better learn. It’s a big waste of time, and I don’t have a lot of time, and if I accidentally skip way forward I have no idea how much I missed. I’ll upgrade my review if you change this.

Overall enjoying the App
My only feedback is if I need to leave the page for a call or text coming in on my phone the app doesn’t save my place, it closes the screen. This means I have to remember where I was in the table of contents and reopen the area where I was actively learning. It does keep your place in a video but not the location of the video. It would be ideal if when returning to the app it brings me right back to the page or video I was on.

Overall - very good
I like this app as I can listen to continuing ed in my car or walks, etc. I would however, wish it could eliminate the video or watch in landscape mode. It drives me crazy to have my battery sucked up just to see someone talk. The video portion also interrupts the content by needing to rebuffer.

Adequate but not great.
Overall it delivers the content. I dislike that I cannot switch back and forth between this app and other apps without having to click through to restart the video instead of the video staying loaded. At least the app saves my place so I don’t have to try to fast forward to get back to where I was. Also, I dislike that I don’t seem to be able to make the video full screen and seeing it so small on a mobile device is not ideal.

Can’t scroll
I like to listen to the content 2-3x before I take certification tests, I usually listen on walks and drives to and from work. While I love that I can download for offline. I don’t like that I can’t scroll or change where the video plays. I can watch on my laptop and scroll or even on the phone web browser but not in the app. It doesn’t sync to where I left off on my computer or browser so the app is useless for me. If I could scroll I’d give the app 5 stars. Too bad had high hopes to be able to listen on the go to.
