Mostly good!
I have had a few problems with this product, but mostly it works great. I think that there are obviously some programing issues, but if they were to be worked out, this would be a better product. I have had instances where the strips were not able to be read, whether it is the strip or the program, I don’t know. It would reject the strip saying that I did not get enough blood into the strip, but I had not started yet. It has also given me a message saying that I can use only one meter to take readings. I only own the one meter. So it reads itself wrong from time to time. Nothing is perfect but everything can be improved. I like this meter and what it provides me. I would buy it again and I would recommend it to all others who need it.

Where others fail, this excels
I’ve had to use a number of different glucose monitors over the years…they all have their pluses and minuses, but at the end of the day the reader is crucial and the data is only data if there isn’t something to help make it actionable information. This is where Center Health, in my opinion separates itself from the pack. Here’s why: 1. Customer Service. When I had a problem with my subscription (I was getting TOO MANY strips…so it wasn’t **really** a problem), I reached out to customer service, and it was resolved in hours. Not days. Not weeks. Not “oh, your ticket got lost somewhere”. Hours. That’s awesome. 2. Data-based information. With most other monitors, you get a readout on a device with what your glucose level is—a data point. Interpretation is up to you. Tracking is up to you. Trend analysis is up to you. The Center Health app does a fantastic job of de-mystifying the data and giving you information you can use right away to help improve your health. Finally, 3. Availability. Your subscription ensures that the testing supplies you need are always on their way to you, and it’s super convenient. I’m very grateful I found Center Health…and strongly recommend it!

I couldn’t legit live without the existence of this app! not only does it have an amazing app experience but the option of having UNLIMITED strips sent to your door automatically when your running low is just on another world , It still feel like one of those “hard to believe” or “ to good to be true” experiences, but it’s real! I suffer from a health condition where I have to check my sugar more than 10 times a day I wouldn’t be able to afford drugstore prices for strips I’d go broke and struggle to pay my rent with the cost of the amount of strips to get by everyday, But at just 29$/ month I get UNLIMITED AMOUNTS. There’s no catch! I repeat no catch! The unlimited strips and this app where you can track your A1C and keep records of your trends that you can share with your doctor it just truly amazing! Everyone has asked me how it’s possible that you can check your sugar on your phone and I’m always so happy to explain because they are always so mesmerized by this. It truly has changed my life and I can leave my house or take a trip to another country worry free and that right there has no price! Worry free is priceless ! Thank you guys for creating this company. I truly could not go on without guys!

Great app, great customer service!
I got this app because the cost of the strips was equivalent to my copay on the brand I was previously using, with the added benefit of having the app track my readings instead of having to manually log them. I’ve noticed they’ve added more features since I started, so it’s nice to see they strive to improve the user experience.
The app sends a set amount of strips monthly, and it will send extra strips automatically if it senses you need more, at no extra cost (you can also request extra strips if needed.) And I recently got in touch about pausing my subscription because I had an abundance of strips, and the customer service was fantastic! So helpful and friendly.
Do I get glitches from time to time? Yes. Do I occasionally get a dud strip? Yes (but extra strips cost nothing so this doesn’t bother me except the rare instance of having to re-poke my finger.) But overall, I am very happy with this app, the system, and the customer service!

Love the app and meter!!
I absolutely love this app and meter! I have 6 different meters and this one by far is the BEST!! Not to mention their customer support service!! I was going out of the country for a week and realized I didn’t have enough strips (well I probably would have but didn’t want to chance it) so I emailed them, super late mind you, and they got back to me first thing in the morning and I talked with them and they overnighted me the strips! (I of course had to pay the overnight fees but still that’s expected with any company) When I received the package, there was a handwritten note to enjoy my trip! That was so awesome and special! I have emailed them in the past with questions and they are quick to respond with detailed answers! I absolutely love this company!
They are very extensive with their food options. I would recommend this meter to everyone! I would like to see the iPhone adapter for it though, instead of just the headphone jack adapter. All in all, this is a great product and app!

Can't say enough how great it is.
I'll admit I was a little worried, but let me tell you: I love this app, these people, and this product. Testing from your phone? Genius. But the real star? The app. My hesitance in keeping a log of blood sugar ice the years has always been that I do not want to spend my life logging things. Having it directly logged and then immediately put on a graph in front of your eyes is so convenient, and adding meals/medicine seems like less of a burden now that at lest the bg is taken out of the way automatically. The customer service is top notch, as I have never had a bad interaction with them. I was worried how unlimited the unlimited test strips would be, but one quick button in the app and I have a ton of strips headed my way. I hope these guys keep their customer service as is and continue to develop this app because this is something special.

One Way Data Stream!
While the overall promise of full integration has been the premise of most of the marketing for Center, it falls short. When the developers indicate it syncs with Apple health they should be more clear. This is a one way street as it will read from Apple health but not write. So all the data you are putting into the app must then be turned and put in manually to Apple health. Very misleading marketing!! When you inquire about when the other portion of the app will be able to write data there is no clear timeline. Really makes you want to stick sign OneTouch or Libre. So if you want to do double the work go ahead and download and use the app, it’s frustrating. Also keep in mind if you do the manual update to Apple Health shut off the read function for the glucose or it will double write the data to Center Health. Developer needs to be more clear on “integration” or get the api developed for the write portion of Apple health.

Calibration is key
I find the app and the reader extremely helpful with maintaining my diabetes numbers. For $30 a month you can get unlimited strips and for a little bit more you can get a reader to fit your phone. It’s calibrated so you don’t have to purchase separate fluid to recalibrate it. Don’t forget to purchase an adapter so it can fit your phone. It makes all the difference.
By far the company has gone above and beyond ordinary customer service addressing my issues and sending strips ahead of time. I wish more people with type II diabetes knew that this was a more affordable option for them.
I hope soon they will come out with a continuous glucose monitoring system. That would indeed be awesome.

Great App and Tool for Diabetics
I was diagnosed with T2D in December, and have been using the Duo with my iPhone to track my blood glucose and estimated a1c since coming across an ad and researching Center Health. The tracker is easy to use, and the app has a clean interface and is very user friendly. (Love the blue circle for the icon as well!) It has been amazing to track my numbers as they went from very high to testing in the normal range again.
Especially exciting is how affordable the testing strips are without having to go through insurance.
You can tell this app was created by people who have been through the diabetic experience, and I’m grateful for their efforts!

I was excited to try this company, especially since my main testing device seemed to no longer have test strips available.
The good: the app seems to function most of the time if you aren't using their meter and strips.
The bad: using the supplied test meter and test strips I got from their subscription service, I went through 3 strips and never even got a successful reading. The first strip gave me an error message because there wasn't enough blood. The second strip wouldn't work because it thought it was the first strip. The third strip would work because I didn't have enough blood. I put more blood on than I do my other two meters. Their meter and strips are trash. I'll keep the app for logging, but I'm not helping the subscription for the strips. Wish I could get my money back since it didn't give me a successful reading.
