Good GUI but..
Pros:
- The GUI is good.
Cons:
- Not allow user to choose pack of drink and food as this function availabled in web (only choosing the seat and go to payment page after that) This is the reason why i rated 2 star, cause i still cannot perform booking tickets in app.
- I purchased tickets via web app and payment was done successfully then i opened the app. The alert on the upper right corner is able to show information of the latest transaction i have just done. But the "total spent" and "reward" were not updated immediately. It took about 10 mins to get updated.

Popcorn is stale
We bought popcorn and drinks at CGV Dong Khoi. The popcorn was completely stale! A lot were very tough to chew. The matter was they mixed the old ones with the newly made. It made you want to try to find the fresh ones among whatever left long ago! This happened almost anytime we tried. Never buy popcorn there again!

This app is really bad. Whether it comes to booking a movie, or just connecting, and never seems to work. I only use this when I have to, other movie theater apps work much better.

Can’t log in. Always saying error. The start up is very slow. Can’t buy tickets
