We’ve updated and improved the interface so it’s easier to navigate. Now you should be able to find sick bikes and bike parts even when you’re on the trail.
But while the app has changed, Chain Reaction is still the same great place to get your bike stuff.
We’ve still got our bike tech experts who are always ready to help you. And we’ve still got all of those tasty brands, from Shimano and SRAM to Castelli and Endura.

I still like to support my local bike shop! Never the less, this online store has SUPER DEALS! I love their return policy, it is spectacular and very easy. Their ap is very well thought out and easy to use. I love the categories and the different filters you can use to sort their products and different things you are searching throughout them to buy.

I have used Chain reaction for many years and they are the best. They offer a great selection of products and they stand behind them. About 3 years ago I returned a defective dropper seat post, and Chain Reaction replaced it, and I have had no problems with the replacement.

When searching, the Back button goes back to the very beginning each time rather than the previous page. Fix this and you have a great app!

There is no back button. If you hit the back button you go all the way back to the home page which can be very frustrating. But overall it’s a good app and easy to navigate.

I agree with others in saying that I love CRC and their great selection and prices, but using the app is frustrating due to the back button taking you back to the menu instead of the previous page. Fix that and it’s a 5 star app.

SLOW, NON INTUITIVE NAVIGATION
The App renders slow more like a web app than a true native app. Icon at the bottom of page are non intuitive. The shopping cart looks like an ink well ? Faster going onto the website, which seems to be the intention here. 2 stars for easy access to your account for saving to wishlist and checking out.
