Version history

3.0.2

This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.

Although there has always been a really nice Periodic Table within the iPad version of the app, we've made it much easier to find and use as a PDF. Find it under 'General Info' -> 'Chemistry" on both the iPhone and iPad versions of the app.

Fixed a bug that could cause the app to crash if the user entered invalid value in the Water Vapor Pressure or Air-Ideal Gas modules.

Smiles@wc,
OMG! Best app ever!
As a scientist, I use units, chemicals, and equations everyday. This app has surprised me everyday with something it has that I didn't know about. This app makes it easy for me to do quick unit conversions, learn chemistry, and review science. I love this app and I would highly recommend it to anyone who lives on the planet earth or anywhere in the universe!
Treecem,
Really helps find answers quickly
For getting a quick answer or playing "what ifs", this app works great. A setting to save imperial as a default would certainly be of help. Hoping the next update provides this. My industry is still stuck using imperial units rather than metric.
Shibby_Dude :D,
Very Handy
I used this all through college as a student at The University of Alabama. Now that I’m out and have a job, I find myself still coming back to this app time and time again. It’s great, it’s free, and always very useful in and out of school. If you’re a chemical engineer, this is a must-have
Livvay,
I wish I found this freshman year
This app has everything you could need studying chemical engineering. If you're studying chemical engineering, get it. Now. You'll thank this app for saving you from so many awful charts and paper cuts.
DFer314,
Incredibly useful
This app is a must-have for chemical engineers (or those studying to become one). It is well-organized, and makes it incredibly convenient to look up chemical properties, perform unit conversions, and the like, on-the-go.
Aushajskskjdj,
The only scientific calculator worth downloading
Definitely the real deal...
They have an internal database of a ridiculous number of compounds and tools to calculate practical physical constants about said compounds. Plus a unit converter for every unit imaginable
FisherF,
Outstanding App
This app is fantastic for checking behind your calculations and making sure you are reading the right table, correctly.
D-WA11,
Excellent!
The app is extremely helpful in streamlining my work. It has a plethora of tools all in one convenient location.
RDLtx,
Conversion Tables
This suite is excellent! I have used it several years for my chemical engineering calculations but lately, with the new Apple IOS versions, the conversion tables do not do their work. It will nice to have them performing again.
Geno Colmstock,
Excellent super well done
This is an excellent app on target on point very useful in the petrochem / Chem world. Compact pretty much a total solution app in one place. Keep up the good work.
