With simple steps we guide you to connect Chicco device to your smartphone.
Chicco BebèCare has three alarm levels, for greater safety:
- alarm 0: If the driver walks away from the car with the smartphone, leaving the child on board, Chicco BebèCare sends a first notification on the smartphone. From now on, he has 3 minutes to be able to carry out activities such as unloading groceries from the car, loading the trunk or refueling in complete serenity.
- first level alarm: if the vehicle driver leaving exceeds 3 minutes of time, a visual, acoustic and haptic alarm is triggered and it can be stopped within 40 seconds.
- second level alarm: if the first level alarm is not silenced in the scheduled time, the second level alarm is activated by sending alarm messages to all the predefined emergency contacts with useful indications to geolocate the area in where the baby is.
Chicco BebèCare sends notifications on your smartphone if the child stays on the seat for a long time, to remind you to take a break.
Chicco BebèCare allows you to monitor the battery level of the connected device and it sends you a notification in case the battery level is low.
Chicco BebèCare offers a package of 15 alarm messages and it is possible to purchase additional packages in the "Settings / Alarm messages" section.

Smart alarms to ensure a higher level of safety and give, even in unpredictable circumstances, the right support to those who take care of children in everyday life:
• OUT OF POWER SMARTPHONE ALARM
If the driver's smartphone is about to run out of battery, the App sends a notification reminding them that the smartphone needs to be recharged. If desired, it is possible to activate an optional service for sending alarm messages via the Chicco Cloud to the preset contacts to warn them that the driver's smartphone is out of power and therefore it cannot send alarm messages in the event of an emergency. The activation of this service takes place in the "Settings / Notifications" section of the Chicco BebèCare App.
• CAR STOPPED WITH CHILD AND SMARTPHONE LEFT ON BOARD ALARM
If the driver's car seems to be stopped for some time with a child and the smartphone on board, the App is able to report this anomaly to the server and react with a specific alarm. In fact, it is possible to activate an optional service for sending alarm messages via the Chicco Cloud to the preset contacts to warn them that the driver may have forgotten his smartphone in the car because it seems to be stopped for some time with the child on board. Activating this service is simple, by going to the “Settings / Notifications” section of the Chicco BebèCare App and selecting the flag.
• NO CONNECTION ALARM
In the event that the driver's smartphone is not able to communicate with the Chicco Cloud for a prolonged period of time, the App sends them a notification warning that their smartphone is without connection. For greater safety, it is possible to activate an optional service for sending alarm messages via the Chicco Cloud to the preset contacts to warn them that the driver's smartphone is not communicating its status correctly and therefore is not able to send alarm messages in the case of an emergency. You have the option to activate this service by accessing the “Settings / Notifications” section of the Chicco BebèCare App.

Using a new law to make money “in the sake of children’s safety” is disgusting.
It won’t connect to multiple devices and creates dangerous driving situations. The device was alarming while I was driving. To avoid wasting 3 messages (the minimum this device will allow) I had to find a safe place to pull over and get out of the car. 40 seconds is too short...
Charging for the messages is disgusting.
Use any other device if you can find them.
