My wife died bravely and at peace on March 18, 2020, after a five-year courageous and painful battle with throat cancer. When she died, I felt like I died too. Or at least half of me just evaporated. As a pastor, I have walked with many people in their tragedy and grief. But nothing prepared me for the depth of anguish I now travel.

Thank you for being an integral part of bringing wisdom to the chaos of my anxiety, fear, grief, and anger. So much wisdom in 5 minutes of honest, humble conversation.

Healing, calming, truth-filled- I can’t say enough good about Soulspace!
This has been such a gift to me in general, but specifically through a difficult time. The meditations are not cheesy at all, they are of life – giving. They are based in scriptural truth, not divisive or leaning towards any agenda. The speaker’s voice is extremely calming and the music is conducive to relaxation without distraction. I can’t recommend this app enough! I have used several meditation apps in the past and never felt at peace about what I was supporting and some of the ideas that were being taught. I feel so good about this one and what it teaches that I have recommended it countless times already and will continue to do so.

Life-giving Meditations for Thirsty Souls
I have been using Soulspace and several other Christian meditations daily for a week now to see which one I like the best. I love how the simplicity and beauty of its content and design result in a powerful delivery. Like in the presence of a gentle breeze and warm sun- I can feel my soul finding rest and energy as I use this app. A huge thanks to the creators of this app. Working in the mental health field.l, I am familiar with a lot of general meditation apps and I always wished there was an app that promoted meditations based on Christian biblical teachings. And I am impressed by how inexpensive annual cost for premium is! Just under $10! Definitely try out the free version and you will see what I mean.

Peaceful Meditation
I look forward to this meditation on a daily basis. I enjoy the music every evening because it assists with falling asleep and relaxing my mind , body, and soul. Our dogs even fall asleep when they listen to the songs on this app. I have been a Catholic school teacher for 20 plus years and this app has incorporated scripture to my daily practice! I have referred this app to the special people in my life and they have complimented the content that creates much harmony in their lives! The daily messages send harmonious thoughts to reflect on as you go about your day! I highly recommend this app for anyone who wants to find enrichment and joy centered around God’s unconditional love by listening to it every day of the week!

The breathwork I’ve been craving!
I come from a history of “meditation” to live more for myself rather than for the glory of God, and I quickly grew to dislike or hesitate the practice as I surrender more & more to Him as of lately…. but, I LOVED how grounded & rooted I felt from pausing to focus on my breath! As a holistic nutritionist & integrative health coach, I knew it was a tool I could steward well but wanted to use that time to pray or be reminded of ways to be more like Jesus; I didn’t want guided breathwork that mentioned things that guided me further from God or question the integrity of what I was practicing — and I can hardly believe I finally found an app/resource I’m confident about that’s beautiful, too! The most used app on my phone
This app is such a gift to me — and I want *everyone* to know about it. I love starting my day off with the daily meditations — and I’ve enjoyed many of the courses too (like the one for new moms!). But the most special part of this app? The music. When my second daughter was born — I played “‘Tis so sweet” to her every night before bed while rocking her. We listened to it on repeat and it was so sweet to be able to bathe her in this truth. I’ve also recently started the 100 Day Challenge and am loving just listening to Scripture as I walk, do dishes, or ride in the car — read by the most calming voice ever. Thank you for this app!

I love this app! I was looking for a Christian meditation app and originally tried a different high rated one but felt it was too practiced? The narrator seemed almost computer generated, too perfect in delivery and tje style seemed to be copied from secular meditation style. While there is nothing wrong with each of those things listed it just seemed unreal to me and what I needed the most was the Reality of God and not a synthetic version.
Then I tried Soulspace and immediately felt calmed by her voice, simplicity of delivery and sincere vocal reactions to topic. And there is real space for meditating on subject matter which is very important to me.

I love this app!
Like ma y I experienced coronavirus anxiety. After 8 deaths back to back in April-May and my immediate family catch the virus and being on ventilators, I began to experience extreme health anxiety. Thankfully through prayer, this meditation app, and therapy I am doing much better!
I struggled for a while on my own because I didn’t want to participate in anything that would not be pleasing to God. I was so happy to find a meditation app that was rooted in his word! I love the library and selection. My only feedback would be to add Apple Health integration for Mindfulness Minutes. I like being able to look at my holistic health and know I am well on track.

I found out about this app through Samaritan Ministries, a health care sharing ministry. I’ve been in a tumultuous season of life over the last year, as many of us have, and decided to give the app a try this summer. Sleep meditations and daily meditations
Soulspace is a great app for peaceful meditations to help you with your mindfulness and with your peace. The girl’s voice is fantastic- very calming and slow. I do not enjoy any of the meditations which the man leads. His voice is not calming and he speaks so fast that you cannot savor the words. I bought the premium not realizing he does half of all the meditations offered. The scripture meditations are done by him and done so quickly that they are not relaxing at all for sleep.
The content is very good but for meditation I can only use half of the tracks- the ones done by the woman.
