Hi developers! Please fix the instacrashing that happens whenever you try to add a movie to your calendar. Similarly, this function should be available from the “my tickets” screen as well. And in general, just make the app less crashy. Doesn’t matter what iPhone I’ve seen it on, it lags and crashes like crazy. Possibly due to poor server connections, but that too should be fixed. It’s terrible to try buying tickets on so-called busy holidays and weekends.

App keeps crashing. I have to open and close the app several times for it to work. What bothers me is that many updates have come and gone without addressing the matter. Also why doesn’t the app recognize credit card auto fill like many other apps? What do I have to manually type the credit card each time with IOS can auto fill this info. Also why can’t I add the scene card to my wallet? Please fix the app this is cineplex for gods sake. Thank you.

Nicely improved but...
This app had a major overhaul recently and the look and feel is much better. Now the purchase process is much faster and more user friendly but there are bugs that persist. Several errors routinely occur when trying to purchase tickets. It's unfortunate about the cineplex monopoly in Canada and this is all we have however it's still a long way off from being a really good app!

In Windsor. Been trying to buy tickets for John wick for 2 hours. Can’t login here or on the website. It shouldn’t matter if I am doing this in the states. The whole cineplex company is trash. Probably just gonna cross over and watch the movie in America where they will gladly take my money without a problem.

CAUTION: DONT USE TO BUY TICKET
Bought tickets for screen x to find out they are avx seats. 3D times were actually regular seat times and vice versa. App is totally wrong compared to website. Once you’ve bought the tickets ur stuck with it too. Just wasted my money because of this app.
