Ok one star as obviously I can’t choose zero. I received a text yesterday about booking a service, ok I’ll give them another try.** Well the url in the text led me to a page that wouldn’t allow me to change the day from the current date. As I wasn’t able to go yesterday, that didn’t work. I clicked and clicked and couldn’t choose another day.
So, I call and I’m on hold for ever. But they say on the hold message that you can also download the app to book appointments. Great. I stay on hold and download. Well guess what. You can only see the current day, and despite clicking on any other date it won’t let you change it. And as today is Sunday, no one is there and so it says ‘appointments full’. When I click on “next available appointments” it spins for a minute and then instead of showing results, it just goes back to the “next available” link, like nothing ever happened.
This website and this app are WAY beyond buggy. It’s just entirely unworkable. So it’s a horrible way to get new customers….. why did they ever text me a link to book an appointment? And on top of it all they don’t pick up the phone and you can’t leave a voicemail.
Last point on the app… I couldn’t work it so I clicked on the “about us” from the top menu, hoping to find a help or chat or leave a message area. Well, the page was entirely blank. Not at all helpful.
I love the prices and would like to support the students, but dang it’s impossible to do so. I really wish Cinta would get their act together.
** re: wanting to give them another try…. Had a horrid experience there 4 years ago but really hoped things may have improved. My hopes were not fulfilled 😐😢🚫💇♀️
