Description
The Clark Art Institute is one of a small number of institutions globally that is both an art museum and a center for research, critical discussion, and higher education in the visual arts. Opened in 1955, the Clark houses exceptional European and American paintings and sculpture, extensive collections of master prints and drawings, English silver, and early photography.
The Clark’s mobile app helps you plan your visit and provides access to rich multimedia content for more than 150 works from the Institute’s collections, as well as information about exhibitions, architecture, and founders Sterling and Francine Clark. Visitors can access audio commentary from curators and educators, as well as high-resolution zoomable images, texts, and videos via keypad, keyword search, and browse.
