great app value, excellent music quality, but poor customer service
In earlier versions (before 8 OS), you could select personal favorites (using heart symbol), then ask app to play ONLY those selected pieces continuously. With OS 8 ver, you can select the personal favorites, but can NOT limit to playing just your selected favorites! Sent several txt messages to developers since then, with zero changes to this former feature. When this ability to LIMIT our listening choices to only those we personally wish to listen to repeatedly returns, then I will give this app 5 stars again. This is not a frivolous request, since I use this app to relax.
I can't rełax to very fast & thunderous pieces! I would be fine with deleting the latter pieces totally (ie 1812 overture), if this feature would return. Please bring back the capability to let us chose the classical pieces we want to hear!

For all aficionados of classical music, newbies to pros!
I love all eras of classical music, but I am still somewhat ignorant of the timeline. My suggestion would be to make this marvelous app more instructive. It’s not enough to just enjoy the music; one should also be aware of the timeframe of each work. I would like to suggest that along with the name of the piece and it’s composer, you might add the year it was written and the particular era to which it belongs. Including the link to Wikipedia’s biographies of the composers was brilliant, and I greatly enjoy reading them while their music plays. I would also like to suggest that the favorites only feature be reinstated. I miss it tremendously. I have high blood pressure, and calm classical music is my favorite prescription! This three volume compendium of the world’s finest classical music is my favorite app.

Highly recommend
Good introduction to classical music. Love selecting favorites. Love the ability to connect with Wikipedia (while listening) to read about the composer and/or to You Tube to see the music played by various performers and/or orchestras. I did have to restore the Deluxe version after I updated my devices for both apps I & II. It automatically defaulted to the free version after the update. These apps are worth the money for the deluxe versions, I wasn't interested in hearing half of a song from any composer! Looking forward to version III.

Excellent music selections, including some that I am had not heard in some time. Love the Wiki resource right in the app. I would refer to Wiki frequently when listening to other collections, so having it at your fingertips is a huge plus. Have all three volumes and have found only a couple of pieces that I don’t thoroughly enjoy.
I’m hoping for a “fix” on the shuffle play. The shuffle is completely random but does not track what’s already been played so there are frequent repeats. Can only listen to The “Skaters Waltz” so many times! In the meantime a straight list play works just fine for me.

Best classical music app
I enjoy symphonic classical music more than any other music. I don’t like opera. This app plays symphonic classical music which is what I want to hear. I have tried different classical music apps but this is the best one in the App Store. I bought version one several years ago and recently bought version two. It focuses on music and doesn’t display images that will use up battery power. I highly recommend this app if you really like classical music.

Beautiful music is always in style
I have had Classical Music I & II on my phone since I 1st got it maybe 6 yrs ago. I listened frequently at the beginning but forgot them once I started purchasing my own choices. Then a few weeks ago I started getting blast messages & started listening again. What marvelous music. It makes the heart sing & the mind expand without the need for any drugs. These two apps are some of the best programs available.

I love the variety, options, and sounds of this classical collection! I have it on my iPhone and iPad. Too good not to have! I have been listening to it for years. I play it on my planning at work and at home as I clean house. I've selected my favorites, and they melt away all my frustrations. Love it! Love it! Love it! I just wish they had more to purchase such as movie greats. No voices...just let the instruments sing!!!

After listening to the free version of classical music, I decided to buy the full version so that I could listen to full renditions. Someone has decided that Mozart’s 4000 versions of twinkle twinkle little star should be included along with other music. I am not sure if there is any way to block it, but I know that it is very irritating to listen to every rendition. I believe Mozart wrote it to flaunt his expertise at the same time to irritate his audience. I would recommend those that control this app to remove it and replace it with something more appropriate. Thank you

Classical Masters Vol. 1 combines an excellent selection of Classical Music with a very functional and aesthetically pleasing user interface. The audio quality of many of the selections is superb! If you happen to have the iPad Pro 12.9, you are in for a virtual concert in hand! This application really allows the iPad’s audio capabilities to be showcased! Very highly recommended!

App does not save your current song if you pause while your phone is off
Good app and good selection of songs. I would give 5 stars if I was able to pause and then resume a song while my phone is off. But every time I pause a song then resume, the dumb intro music starts playing and I have to go into the app and navigate to the correct album to select the song I was just listening to (and then it restarts). If this was fixed I would buy the remaining album.
