Better than the rest.
One day, I just really wanted to play Tetris. So, I go into the AppStore and I look it up. I download the official Tetris Apps. There all garbage, covered with ads, and one even froze when I lost! Then I stumbled across this game. This is just Tetris, no gimmicks, no online, just Tetris. I really liked that, and it supported Game Center! It may not look all that great, but ClearBlocks is better than the rest.

The classic game. Wish I could save where I left off
No ads, gimmicks or flashy bells and whistles- just the classic Tetris game from back in the day. Which I exactly what I wanted. I haven’t experienced any glitches mentioned in other reviews - must be resolved. Overall happy with it. HOWEVER I do wish it was possible to pause and come back to the game hours or a day later and pick up where I left off. Every time I open the app even after pausing mid game, I have to start over from beginning. It’s incredibly annoying. Also doesn’t appear to be a high score tracking board unless I’m just not looking hard enough.

I have been in the search for YEARS for a simple app that had the cool old organization game of blocks all made of four blocks. This is the only app that you can just simply play. You’re not forced through certain levels or prizes or rewards or whatever. It’s just the game. I just sat here in an AuDHD haze for an hour because it’s the only thing giving me dopamine right now.

Pause button is in the wrong place… it’s in the area where you want to tap to make the block move and so have to move your finger to an uncomfortable position or constantly press the pause button on accident
Ordering of blocks is ridiculous. 3 or 4 of the same block right in a row makes the game unnecessarily annoying. It should be more randomized and/or limited to how many of the same blocks can come in succession. 2 max of the same block in succession and 2 or 3 different blocks in between before the same block can come again

great game
love how it gets straight to game no ads no levels(i does i’m sorry bout that it just goes faster after once you reach a certain score, so on and so forth) just the game HOWEVER, the only thing that i wish there was is a highest score thing i would love to know what it is and try to beat it but sadly there is not 😔 but other then that it’s a 5/5 for me 😁👍🏼

Better than nothing
And better than a flood of ads. Oh, and it’s free! This game has just enough going on to engage a Tetris habitué.
With a bit more work on the programming side it could be a lot more fluid, and the display could be more informative. The sounds could be way more inventive. The way it defeats you at the end needn’t be so crude.
But still… it plays! If I were stuck in an airport with nothing else on my phone, I’d be glad I had it.

Improvements for Tetris copy
The pause button is in a bad place. Holding the cell phone with both hands the finger making the pieces spin and drop accidentally hits the pause button often. Move it up or down. The pieces take too long to drop into view. They should just appear instead of start out of view and slowly move downward. Extra points for 4 rows at a time should be given. No reward for making a Tetris is disappointing.

Improvements needed
The overall enjoyment of this game is great. One improvement that needs to be made is the location of the pause botton on the screen. Its inconvenient placement makes it difficult to continoulsy play the game due to havinge to unpause when the button is accidently click on while game is in progress.

Great game
I can’t put music and play Clear Blocks at the same time. Can you try to fix that? I use the music app Musi. If you put this under consideration I appreciate it even if you can’t or won’t do anything about it. The game is addicting either way I would recommend it to whoever would like this game to pass time.

This is one of the first games in almost 3 years they are not bombarded with ads
- no adds just loads of fun- 100% recommended If I could choose between anything, I would choose a game that doesn’t have ads and this one is ad free all so super fun is theThe real tetanus
