The Center for Language, Regional Expertise, and Culture (CLREC) Navy Global Deployer app is a Ready Relevant Learning tool to help meet requirements for cultural awareness and language familiarization. Issues with opening and downloading
Ok, for this app, the key is patience. After the initial download, the app needs to download additional content, represented by the bar traveling across the top. Then, after you tap “Accept,” you will be taken to a main screen. From there you may download the cultural awareness training you desire or simply view materials related to culture and language training, as well as language testing. But the key is patience. Disclaimer: I’m a CLREC employee and very experienced with the app.

This app sounds like a good idea, but it won't open past the disclaimer and then shuts off as soon as it's nearly finished loading.
