FRONT DESK CHECK-IN
Manage the flow of traffic into your facility with a module that will give you quick access to your members. Valid, paid-in-full clients can be easily verified upon arrival with a key tag, fob, pin code or fingerprint, using manual or self check-in.
KIOSK
Members can signup, modify their account or check into a class on their own, and the kiosk can be customized to exclude clients' ability to access certain functions.
HARDWARE
Support transactional hardware like bar code scanners, receipt printers and card readers to centralize their usage. Bar code scanners will "ring up" an item at POS, search for inventory efficiently, create a new item quickly and check in or search for members easily. Receipt printers can be used in POS to print hard copies, reprint receipts or utilized to display a transaction's history. Card readers will receive any POS payment securely by scanning credit cards as a one-time swipe on that member's account.
CLASSES/CLASS CHECK IN
Book private training sessions with individual members or group workouts in advance for the convenience of your employees and clients. This may include recurring appointments and even sessions that have been purchased in blocks. Additionally, your staff will be able to email or text class participants with any information they may need.
PROSPECTIVE CRM
Track customer leads and record their communication history for better closing rates. Stay in touch with prospective members by emailing them a custom membership agreement, including a simple digital signature feature and submit button.
MEMBER CRM & AUTOMATION

MEMBER ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Build a database for all members to include a personal profile, billing details and classification. Produce information on individual member types, corporate groups and status codes, and customize special services such as childcare, towel service or tanning – all of which can be easily added to recurring monthly dues.
EMPLOYEE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
