NOTE: The ClubCentral app is intended for members and staff of private clubs only. This app will require a username and password that you will only have access to if you are a member of a private club that uses the ForeTees Reservations System and has enabled this app. Please check with your club if you are not sure this is the correct app.
The ClubCentral app is a powerful communication tool that also provides fast and easy access to the club’s reservations center and other member-only areas. Members will stay up to date on what is happening at the club and have the ability to easily register for events, tee times, courts, dining and more.
Warning: This app makes use of location services. Continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life.
This app may require a device with Bluetooth Low Energy.

Improve calendar info
App works great! It would be better if it created a more comprehensive calendar information.
“8:30 event” is a little thin, please add Name of event, and location.

Best country club app on market
Not sure why this app doesn’t have a 5 of 5 rating in 2019. It works flawlessly, easily allows members to book and modify tee times, see others on tee sheet with handicap, manages club events, gives dining specials, and allows you to input GHIN entries. If folks are not happy with this app maybe your cc doesn’t know how to fully utilize or set up. It works great at our club.
FT if you read this I have one suggestion. Add live scoring capability so members can manage their sat morning games and see live scoring without calling pro shop. Look into integrating it with the scoring system on the gps screens in carts.

Some ideas
Love the app... was playing this weekend and we all had the same feelings about some options that are not there. We were thinking that it would be great if we make a time at 9am as an example and the next day we decide to play later, there should be an easier way to just change to another open slot instead of deleting everyone, and if you didn’t enter everyone they have to delete themselves before entering all into a new time. Just seems very tedious for a change in tee time slot.

In seeking to add a new club, I tried multiple times unsuccessfully to “Email My Credentials” to my valid email address. Even though the system indicated it successfully sent an email, after waiting hours, I still did not receive an email. Finally, I reluctantly deleted the app from phone (knowingly that I would painfully need to repopulate my GHIN number, playing partners, etc.). Once I deleted the app, I successfully was able to Email My Credentials and receive credential for both clubs. Unfortunately, the app indicated that my credentials were not valid.
There is no customer support to email or help button. What a complete waste of time!

Upon entry into the app I was immediately aroused. From the sleek design, easy navigation and warm blue color it is the complete package. The perfect combination of beauty and danger. The power to book a tee time from both outer space and the comfort of your toilet seat. Foretees will be the final tool in my quest to break 80.

I enjoy the app and it’s been a good tool for the last few years at our club. It would be nice if the view would rotate while using an iPad which is how many of us interface while making reservations. Thanks for considering an update.

Works, but IPad support is terrible
Our club just switched to this company and yikes… It is not good.
The basic features work, but ipad support is so broken I don’t know why they tried.
Now I see that others have complained for over a year about the poor ipad support. They would be better off to remove ipad support and let it operate as an iphone app on the ipad.

Terrible
This app manages to get worse over time. There are sooooo many easy ways to make this thing more user friendly, and its like you guys are consciously choosing to make it bad. Home screen? Useless. Why are ‘make a tee time’ and ‘my tee times’ under different sections? And now when you look at my tee times you no longer see who you are playing with or what course. Its garbage.

I accidentally deleted the app from my iPhone & can’t get it back. I can open it from the App Store but the icon is gone.

1 person can cancel entire tee time
Whoever signs up for a tee time can cancel the entire tee time if they don’t know what they are doing, no matter if they are a single or the entire group. Major flaw, I’ve been using for a month and have had my tee time canceled 3 times, 1 time I didn’t see my notification quick enough and someone else took the time, very frustrating.
