This app is your club’s solution to keeping membership informed. You can sign up for tournaments and pay for them right from the app. You can set up groups (Tues AM group, for example). For a non-Facebook guy like me, this app is the answer to staying off those social media behemoths.
Our Superintendent is able to give us a morning briefing each day about course conditions. Our kitchen gives us lunch and dinner specials.
Customer service is just about the best I’ve ever seen. Quick responses and solutions are the norm. I posted a problem and got an email within the hour. When I still had issues, I got a phone call within 5 min.

This app has been a god send that our club members really enjoy. Clubster is easy to use and covers 100% of our membership that have chosen to opt in. We can provide course updates, news, events, and activities as they happen to ensure that information is readily available. If we run into a problem the customer support is readily a available and prompt to get it right. The app is easy to use and a fun way for us to share the club with our members through words, pictures, or videos. I highly recommend utilizing this app at your facility if your intention is to be first class.

Such an easy response to our communication needs. Best way to disseminate information to members to keep them updated. Great customer support, very quick replies. I literally received a call back minutes after I emailed a few questions. Support is complete. Others just email a reply and set you on your own to figure it out. Clubster takes the time to show you how to do what you want. Definitely a cut above of the other support services we’ve received.

Started using Clubster 4 months ago at our club in South Carolina. Love this app. Easy to use, all the information is controlled by the user, there is a newsfeed to quickly look at videos, photos and important documents shared by the club again and again. The best part of the app is the ability for me to follow the groups I am interested in like Women’s Golf, Yoga and Tennis so I can customize my newsfeed and get what I’m interested in at the club. Extra benefit – it’s a desktop application as well.

I recently gave Clubster a one star review because I very frequently have to delete the app and reinstall to get the information I need. I am very impressed that Clubster acknowledged the problem and reports that they are working on a fix. I am giving a 5 star review this time because Clubster also responded to me and on the phone explained how I could better use the app. I am adding a second review in appreciation of the excellent customer service. I am a General Manager of a large community in Missouri. We have been using Clubster for a couple of years and we love it! It has all the features we need and they are constantly adding new ones. On top of all the the customer service is fantastic. If you reach out to them with a question or suggestion they will call or email almost immediately. I highly recommend Clubster as the primary communication tool for any community!

We are a club who just implemented Clubster. I am the club manager and was charged in implementing. I have to say it was easy as could be. I spent about 30 min with the company going over the user features and the ins and outs of the app. This app is easily navigable by the admin users as well as the members. I sent out invitations to all Timacuan members to join Clubster and within about 30 minutes many of the members have set it up on there phones. I highly recommend.
