Kids love the animations!
I got this app hoping to engage the 10U kids with technology. This app has surpassed all my expectations! The kids like playing with it and actually understand where to be and why. The animation for plays, especially seeing how we expect a defense to play and move has been an enormous blessing! The whole team seems to have had the epiphany of why staying in a zone is good instead of chasing the ball.
My only question is how to edit or even delete a saved play or video. I can’t seem to figure it out. Since I upgraded (totally worth it!) I can create all the plays I want.

Useful app, hope it gets even better
I coach girl's U10 soccer and have 7 players on the field and 4 subs. I don't understand why the app always has 20 players on our substitute button.
Things I like: I uploaded photos of each player and the kids love seeing themselves as little avatars. The animation creation function is a great way to demonstrate plays and strategies.
Things I don't like (or don't understand): I want JUST 11 players; 7 on field, 4 subs, and I don't understand why the substitute function is cluttered with our 11 avatars and 9 more generic numbers. I also don't understand what's the purpose of the "hidden" players in team management. It would be great if the photo uploaded could grab photos from cloud services like Google Photos, iCloud, etc.

Easy to use and simple to navigate
The Apps free version gives you enough to start and make adjustments on the spot but no customization.
Upgrading helps with substituting and keeping track of positional placements with a visual reference, player placement for different stop-ball scenarios and movement within each scenario, managing multiple rosters with customization.
Currently use for U-8 and U-11 and it’s easy for both sets of groups to understand an overhead visual with their name, # and even photo of kids.
Drills are simple to manage and build with previous playing experience however there are no preset practice drills that could be beneficial for new coaches that have not played before and could benefit from having minor drills to begin using (passing, shooting, defending, skills).
Overall, app is worth the price and great in a digital format, throw your notebook away and get rid of the marker!

Amazed by the service!!! Love the App!
I was having issues with the app because I accidentally put it into zoom mode.
I wrote the help desk and got an immediate response. Over the last week the designer personally worked with my issue until it was resolved. Keep in mind the designer is in Europe and I am in the United States and I was getting immediate responses.
I use this app EVERY single day for my work as a soccer coach and there is no other app out there that is as user friendly to create diagram training sessions

Excellent Whiteboard
I have been using whiteboards to show my youth kids positions, tactics, etc. for years. Loosing magnets, dryer up markers etc.. The kids would pay attention for a couple of minutes and fade away. With this animated app they seem to understand the moves, positions and tactics much better. They also pay attention and interact asking follow up questions on their positions. I am not sure why it took me so long to find an app solution at my fingertips.

Worth it for any Aspiring Coach
Purchased the full version, taking a risk, but as time passes the application makes the purchase worth every cent. Very easy to construct drills and teams for full customization, lots of areas to put your own notes for further drill instruction. This app is perfect for both beginners and experienced coaches and should be a must-buy if you coach digitally! No reasonable complaints from me, worthy 5 Star

Too many bugs.
I enjoy the app thoroughly but one of my issues is that the plays that I save animations for end up getting reset with different players. I’d like to keep the players I originally put in the play there. I thought I found a work around for it but it does not work. Tired of making plays with certain players and having the app change the players on the field. Please fix this! I put the players there for a reason I do not need the, changed.
Also I noticed there is no way to set a tactic for the second team that might be a nice addition.

Like the concept of the app overall. Enjoy that I can make animations for ball movement, positioning etc. Can only save 2-3 before you have to pay. Animations are a bit tedious and if you make a mistake you basically have to start over.
Agree with previous reviewer. As a coach I want to be able to share plays/drills with other coaches that they can utilize in practice. Not being able to share animations with families is a big miss as well.
Generally speaking, it’s just ok and won’t break the bank for $4.99.

Great!! But................
The interplay is great! Easily moves things around and the screen capture works flawlessly. My issue.......it needs an update to have the capability of sending a saved video to a friend or teammate or coach/player via text message. From a coaching standpoint, this would be ingenious because it allows the coach to visually explain with moving parts how he wants a player to behave when on the pitch. And to be able to send a text to the player without wasting time in training sessions fully explaining the said behavior.

Useful App, But....
The app is very useful in creating attacking/defending shapes, exercises, and animations.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to share the animations. This would be an EXTREMELY useful tool, especially with the youngest ages setting out in 7v7 play. If this were possible, I would insist on each family downloading the app so players could study transitional shapes at home by watching their jersey move up and down the field.
I hope sharing the animation will become available in the future.
