Basketball Coach Drew A Slam Dunk
I initially signed my 11yr old son up for one session to see if he & Coach Drew were a fit. After just one session we signed up for TEN MORE! Coach Drew changes up each session working on new fundamentals of the game. We could instantly see a big improvement in his confidence & ball handling. Even his team coach mentioned to us an improvement he has observed. The Coach Up App is simple & a great way to clearly communicate. I can share w/Coach Drew feed back from our son’s b-ball games & talk about his strengths & weaknesses. He can then work on what needs to be improved. Coach Drew’s positive energy & enthusiast love of the game is infectious. He elevates our son to be a better player with valuable tools & makes it fun. This app is my second job
I love the fact that I can help others become better at running. I have coached several middle and high school teams. With this app I have been able to take my coaching game to the next level. This app has kept me very busy with clientele that it’s practically a second job. I love what I am able to help others with as a running coach and CoachUp makes sessions and payments so easy, plus their $1 million dollar insurance gives me the freedom to know that our sessions are covered.

Baseless Accusations, restrict your account
CoachUp restricted my account for saying their blocking of contact info was ridiculous. When I explained the importance of me seeing clients via Zoom before accepting clients, they shifted their reasoning to: if you bring a CoachUp lead to book through CoachUp we will unrestrict your account. Considering I had no leads acquired through CoachUp booking outside, I told them That was not possible. I had a new client schedule to meet that was booked through CoachUp and I asked them if they would count. CoachUp never got back to me. I asked them to refund all my scheduled clients and still no response. They couldn’t prove I took clients, because there aren’t any.
Beware, they power trip and this from what I’ve seen on their Instagram Ads is something they do regularly.
Honestly, you’re better off doing google ads. I used both simultaneously and got more leads through Google.

Works as Intended
My son is 6 close to 7 years old that plays soccer. Although he plays and practices for a team, you do not receive the individual attention needed to rapidly improve player development. The 1 v 1 training sessions through the app has drastically improved my sons skills by ensuring that the proper technique during drills is being used. In addition I used the app for a speed and agility coach to work on his form while sprinting on the field. I have sent my son to camps and clinics but the best bang for your buck without a doubt is 1v1 training sessions via CoachUp.

If you have been thinking about getting a private coach, just do it!
Wanted to up my game in basketball, was on the fence about getting a private coach, looked around online for a bit and stumbled onto CoachUp. I’ve had two sessions with my third one booked and it’s been great so far. Good workout on the weekends and de stress from office life. If you’re thinking about it, just do it. My coach’s sessions are only $25/hour which I think is too low for him but great for me!

Scam or simply unprofessional
I booked two coaching sessions for my daughter with two separate coaches for her to try out. Both coaches texted me back to say that the dates I suggested were not convenient and asking for alternates. I provided multiple alternate dates and then both coaches went in the wind and I never heard from them again. I found out that my credit card has been charged for both coaching sessions that never occurred as the coaches remained unreachable and did not contact me further to book the sessions. Customer service also is in the wind and has not been responsive to my multiple requests for a refund. I’m not sure if these folks are just unprofessional, or this is a scam but I will not be using them again and I’m still trying to get my money back.

It’s the real deal
It depends what your looking for bcuz there are different ways to coach and each coach has a different philosophy so u must be careful when choosing ur coach because there are some jokesters on here who have no business coaching but there are some good coaches as well. I have used the site before to give lessons but I am going to use it again for virtual group coaching it’s more efficient and as a lot of potential if the right coaches worked together... or athletes..

2 Sessions Missing
My daughter had 2 paid sessions remaining— that went missing. Now it says she has none. The only means to contact someone is through a ‘Support’ online messaging service, to which no one responds. The ‘Live Chat’ never has agents available to chat so that method is not an option.
My daughter was using Coach Noah Rothstein and his availability became scarce. He would seldom get back to us on his availability, as his availability via the app didn’t appear to be a true reflection of his 1-on-1 training availability. So we decided to find another coach .... that’s when we noticed that the two outstanding sessions suddenly disappeared.
