Useless
Does not capture heart rate from Apple Watch. Basically it’s just an app with a water droplet that goes up and down for a set number of minutes. Does nothing else lol.

Don’t buy
It doesn’t provide what it describes, it offers nothing close. If you are looking to build coherence this app is the opposite of that. It doesn’t even pair with the iwatch as it claims.
