Ok, so let me start by saying that the actual way the app is set-up, looks and runs overall is awesome. The developers really know what they’re doing. It is their biggest strength, as well as their biggest weakness. I say this because they know that machines are deliberately withholding winnings from players when their balance is low, yet they just updated their app and it is still a problem. So it’s a trap to get customers to spend more money. The customer service is flat out the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Literally, everything you complain about needs to be backed up with evidence. If you can’t prove that something happened they tell you there is nothing they can do. The person I spoke with told me I basically had to record everything so, I did. A few months ago I was cheated out of winnings for like the millionth time, so I sent them my evidence and prepared for a 3 day arguement, the usual. When I was presented with a screen shot of my game zoomed in to leave out vital information, (that proved I was right btw) I snapped. Here I am recording everything I do. I have like no storage on my phone because of it. I was told they can’t access that information and they lied. They could’ve easily seen I was right everytime. I just redownloaded the app, so I will keep everyone updated for better or worse lol. Good Luck

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars because I enjoy this game . Especially for the numerous options of games . I want to say this as soon as you buy you will hit for a little while and gain coins as I have been up to half a million in coins , I’ve had games take my coins with no payout and no help from support . In arcade sometimes you can win minute amounts of coins as all the other time the player next to you will be racking up on the same target you are shooting and you will get no payout . I believe in fair play not buy play . I’m a high level and I’ve done my due diligence playing but I refuse to keep buying coins . I think you are targeted when you have lots of coins . I think it should be a level playing field

This game is addicting I love coin pushers. Being able to play actual coin pushers is fun. You can run out of money fast you van Purchase some if you want but game gives you daily log in bonus, you also get to spin wheel like every 30 mins and instant bonus of 100 ever 15 and the money that drops will add to your coins its fun game.

This game used to be super fun but lately it seems like I keep getting kicked off machines. It’s like a person joins the room & freezes the game up so you time out. Then they immediately jump on after you get booted. Happened 3x in the last week. I’m using secure wifi & great signal, tech warned me of that however I’m playing at home not on public wifi.

I am truly addicted to this game, I even use my own money when I run out of coins which doesn’t happen often as they have a wheel you spin for more every so many minutes.

Always loved the coin pushers, this is just want I needed. The bonus coins for their weekly/daily “collects” are pretty skimpy for the amount of coins you actually use. Other than that, have fun!

I love how it's real and it like u are there playing. I don't like that it gives only 200 coins on the spin I just really love the gameplay and I can spend hours playing the game

Slot games are rigged so that you win a lot at first, then the higher levels you get to, you stop winning.
Also the coin pusher video is glitchy and the machines break down a lot. Also, the machines are missing sensors at the bottom which makes it impossible for you to get the higher wins because you have to hit the sensors to catch the rewards at the bottom.

Also the coin pushers do not count points fairly. You always spend way more points then you win.

Bottom line, it was fun at first but now it’s impossible to win anything, so it’s just frustrating to play.

The new version was bad. I can’t drop any coin on free minute and there’s no extra coin. It turn out to be spin to get prize or win like 60-70 coin. Normally it’s really fun to play. But after this new version was update I’m trying to buy a lot of coin but still won’t gain any coin to play anymore. Have to delete this game now.
