Premium Coloring Book
I recently downloaded your app and was so pleased with it I purchased the lifetime membership. And... that’s when my problems began. Or, perhaps it was just a coincidence. The app is constantly freezing on me. When I can finally get it functioning again the color numbers have changed, and then it freezes up again. I’ve now been trying to use this for more than a half hour. Also there are four pictures I’ve completed that your clue icon tells me still need coloring. When I activate the icon, it takes me to a spot that’s clearly completely colored. Ive sent three emails regarding this but no response. I have six other coloring apps on my phone, so if you don’t want to address my concerns that’s fine. You can then refund me the money I’ve payed and I’ll delete your app. If that’s not satisfactory, then I’ll contact my credit card company and dispute the charges... and then delete your app. As you can tell, after several contacts and no response... I’m not very happy. The sad part is... when it works, it’s the best coloring app Ive got !

Using App
I enjoy using your app and I love your pictures! One problem I seem to have is that if I have to close out the app while in the middle of coloring a picture, when I reopen the app, the numbers that were completed are coming up as needing to be completed again.
And in one particular picture that I was coloring it tells me that I have two spots to finish coloring, and when I click on the color and then a clue there is no spot open to color. And the picture shows up as being incomplete.
I normally don’t pay for apps that I play. I try to download free ones but looking at your app and the pictures that you have made me consider buying the app so I have availability to all the pictures but because of these little problems I am hesitant.

Recent update
I did pay for the extra everything because I Love their pictures, and the music in the background is relaxing. But..... There was a recent update on your app. The bad thing new, is that when your done with your picture, you can’t just exit. You get a bunch of other choices of what to do with the picture on the bottom, and the “continue” button, which is at the very bottom, and hardly able to be seen, doesn’t work. I have to get out of your app, close it, then get back in to color another picture. Please fix this. I will then be back to give you the 5 stars you deserve

Best coloring app available
I love this app and have only one complaint. This is the third time I’ve tried to open it and it won’t open. Since I bought the app….yes, I liked it that much….I can reinstall it but I lose all of the pictures I’ve already done and also the special events. After having colored enough to earn the 25 points it takes to open them, which takes too long, by the way….I have to start all over. Help! I don’t want to quit using this fun app.

Love app but
The four things I have a problem with 1) the thick black lines 2) with a premium you still have to pay for the stories 3) you have to pay for the hints. 4) the pictures ought to be on separate categories so you don’t have to go through all the pictures to find a certain one from a group. Otherwise I would give a 5 because I love the app. Still deciding if I’m going to get the premium I’m on the 3 day trial.

Nice but could be great
I don’t like that the app does not open to fill the screen, only the center. Also the outlining of the pictures are too thick that smaller areas are not visible. I can’t even tell if there is anything there to fill in bcuz all I see is black. Please adapt the app to fill the screen no matter what device a person is using when using it. Also please THIN out the picture outline so we can see the detail. Looking at a picture and seeing mostly black, even when colored, does not entice me to use the app.

Not a 5 star app yet
Two things would make me use your app more. 1: When the color is done, go directly to the next color, not a check mark. 2. The grey shadow is too light to see ... hard to distinguish from the white, especially with the thick black lines between them. A color with a pattern would be helpful ... any color but grey. If these changes are made, I’ll re-rate the app to a 5. I love the pictures!

Frustrated
I would give 5 stars if game is fixed!! Paid the $50 to unlock all pictures for a lifetime a few months ago app worked fine got all the pictures. Well went on one day and app would come up and then go black and kicked off back to my home screen. Emailed the app developers asking for an update to fix the app finally after a few days the update was available so I’ve updated the app went to go on and same thing as before got kicked off and right back to my home screen on my phone!!!

This is my favorite coloring app but when I click on the setting icon the app freezes and I have to close and reopen to color. Since I can’t change any settings I am forced to listen to the music which is very annoying when I am coloring and watching a movie at the same time. It also keeps me from hiding my colored pictures so I have to scroll through all of the colored pics to find an uncolored picture. PLEASE FIX!!! Also when I try to send an email it says FAILURE!

Overall I really like this game and recommend it for people who like to color by number.
Improvement Suggestions
1. New Categories- holidays/ seasonal, hobbies
2. Add a feature for users to be able to either restart a picture OR delete a picture if they decide not to complete it/ want it saved to their completed pictures.
