There’s a lot here. I don’t generally have time to edit my photos , but have a good time checking out this app. One can get very creative from what I’ve explored so far. Though so far I’ve not been able to tell if I’m able to retain a copy/view of original photo. I do hope that original is able to be kept as well. I like to compare and also edit it differently. I’m still checking out all the options available. Enjoy yourselves.

The Best Secret!
I've had this app I believe since iPhone 3G. Been through all generations of Apple phones and updates and this app has ALWAYS successfully stood strong and tall. This is my favorite app and I honestly don't want to tell anyone about it because it so good but I HIGHLY recommend this app for any device that allows you to download it. The creators are on point and they do respond to messages which is a HUGE plus! The editing features your able to use with this app is by far the most simple to use. Photos I've created using CPE are gazed upon in awe! This is an amazing app. I'm a lifer with this one! (Fingers crossed for a version that will edit videos)#😎

There one thing missing
I love all the different features and effects, but I really only one thing, I wanted to add layers to my photo, take another photo png or sticker I’ve made, and add to make another layer, a Star I can moved around and position or meme or game character etc I have from my photos, I’d love to continue to use the app, but that’s a main feature I need, if you don’t need that, then I 100% without a doubt recommend it. Developers if you read this, if you could make layers then this would truly be complete.

So far so good
I've had this app for a while now. There have been many changes. It was very easy to use originally, now it seems similar to the original, only a few complications with having to rate or share before saving. Hopefully the changes have not destroy the integrity of the app, because so far it's still a good app. As long as the rate and save our one time options.

Well.. I can't save my photos without rating or sharing so -1 star for that but otherwise I've looked through the majority of the stuff and it seems simple enough for a novice to use but still capable of doing more advanced things.

Very good for editing, but annoying.
This app is well for editing and all, but I find it slightly dumbfounding when I have to review/rate or share the app just to be able to save photos. So, I'd recommend adding a few adds every now and then instead, because some people really don't want to have to go through a whole process, for sometimes one picture.

Good app.
One of the only ones that I have found that lets you change color. It does make you share to unlock some filters. But there are already a lot. And it does make you write a review.... but! It doesn't have a star requirement.

Easy does it!
Simple, powerful tools with intuitive interface . . . Real useful tools for image manipulation without the mindless "fluff" of so many other image manipulating apps. Useful for beginner to expert. Excited to see what new features might be added in future updates.

Color Filters & Blend app CPE
2019 Review: no update for 2 years but it’s still working fine. You can choose from many interesting color and artistic effects and blend two photos (including provided overlays) with many blend style choices. Recommended!

Not "Paint"
Where this program does not use the same set up at Microsoft paint program for windows it is still a highly usable and inventive way of editing photographs for iPad. I wish Apple would come up with a way of editing photos and pictures like I like Microsoft did, but so far this is the best one I found
