* NEW! Follow up tool added. This feature will send notifications via the Stylist App as reminders to follow up with all customers who have made a purchase. This new feature gives the ability for the Stylist to call, text, or email their customer right from the reminder within the Calendar that lives in the Stylist App. Whether the Stylist wants to customize these follow up themselves with the remind me later feature or follow our guided reminders, Stylists have full control of these new features and can even turn them off on the settings page and create their own.

This app is in BETA!
For all the folks leaving bad reviews or saying they can’t log in: this app is in beta mode right now so only certain people can access it. If you didn’t receive communication from Color Street about it, the app will not work for you, so stop leaving bad reviews when you haven’t used it.
So I got this app to better manage my business—thanks Color Street for letting me test it out! I have used this on the go to track sales, my calendar, and all my business contacts. It’s basically your own virtual office all in one place. There’s no more hassle. I can’t wait until it’s formally released to all the stylists so they can benefit from it as I have.

Love the app
Only problem I am having is when doing the training sessions. If the video is longer than 15 minutes the app shuts down when the video is done and I have to sign in again. Then I don’t get credit for watching the video so I have to rewatch it. Not a big deal but I have watched the same four about six times and the same thing keeps happening.

Lots of functionality and efficiency tools
But it’s super buggy. App crashes when trying to view Trng videos. Even trying to view different ones the same thing happens. Then the completion points don’t load automatically. Switching from screen to screen require long load time whether on wifi or lte. It seems to work for a few minutes after restarting my phone, and then the app crashes again.
I really want to rate the app higher but until the bugs are worked out I just can’t.

Notifications
Recent update still didn’t fix the issue of push notifications not working. Still not receiving any as well as some other colorstreet stylists. These have always worked until recently and I’ve reported this issue several times and they’ve not been able to fix it. The only way to know if there’s a notification at this point is to manually check the app in notifications or if you get an email. Disappointing

I’m so thrilled to have access to this app! It’s making it so easy to work my business on the go. And love getting notifications from home office! Easy to login if you follow directions for getting your credentials. 💖💖💖

Unable to delete notifications
Unable to delete any notifications. They don’t change to read after I read them and they don’t go away after I click on trash can to delete. Also get multiple notifications of same messages
To shop, it doesn’t bring up the list when I click shop all for quite some time!

Love the idea, but app rarely works
I get notifications but then can’t open the app. Then have to uninstall and reinstall to try to get it to work, and even then most of the time it doesn’t load. It’s a great idea and so much info available when it works, but that’s a rare occurrence. I wish they would fix the functionality because it would be an amazing resource.

Can't log in. Bad support website
I download the app a few days ago and I can’t log in. I log in just fine on the website. App says "Error User not found". I clicked on App Support link on iTunes to get help. It took me to a site with a form. Submitting the form doesn't do anything. Instead it opens up my Apple mail.i don't even use Apple mail so I can't send them a message. Looks like the last update must've broken the app.

Really good app
This app has improved so much since Aug 2020. Very easy to use and navigate. Definitely recommend for all Color Street independent stylist!
