I have tried to have the class on Mac, windows and on iPad. Firstly, windows works the best. Once you launch the class on the website, you don’t need to go to any third party app in order to start tye lesson. On Mac, on the other hand, requires coloso’s application and you HAVE to use the app in order to watch the lesson’s video, which causes a lot of inconvenience. And this app’s UI design is user unfriendly. You just have to load a while I’m order to move forward to the next session.
For iPad, subtitles do not show on the display at all!!! I mean, at least fix this bug. Most of the customers are usually English speaking people. Without the subtitle, we can’t understand the class and we won’t any more product from your company since we don’t know what the class’s content is. Please fix this bug. I will be greatly appreciated if you do so.
