I’ve had HealthFirst insurance for a few years. Gaining independence has been an ongoing struggle when it comes to finding the right disability services, but the community makes those goals feel even more attainable. It’s a comfort to know member feedback is taken into account and improvements are always being made. I immediately felt welcome and valued, getting direct response from the people behind the site/app. Plus, being rewarded for giving opinions keeps me coming back every few days to fill out surveys and such. The activities are quick and easy and every point gained equates to a dollar. As far as I know, that’s unparalleled! A feature I hope never changes.

I use this app as a member of the reebok collaborative. The app itself is very easy to use and there are no issues. My issue is when I try to claim my reward for participating in the research nothing happens. I tried to claim $20 worth of points on 12 November, and I still can’t use it, I reached out to both the moderator and the chat bot to facilitate a resolution and so far no one has written me back. I’ve stopped participating until I know my time, or at least be partially compensated, even though my primary motivation was to feedback on their products.

Update. The website I can access as a member of the Reebok Collaborative allows me to resend the the link. I guess my updated review is the app is fine but you might not be able to “do all the things” that n the app but if you can access the website you should be ok.

The app works well. The most important is the objective behind it. The bank will get better results in the medium and long term as they can be more efficient and respond to the market needs in a more efficient way.

I never really had an issue with this app, aside from having to switch back and forth between the different communities. However, about 2-3 months ago I started having issues logging into any of the communities I’m apart of which has resulted in me losing numerous survey opportunities. I’ll click the link via email and it opens the app, but it immediately says “login failed” at the top and get stuck loading. I’ve hard closed the app, reinstalled the app, turned my phone on and off, disconnected from WiFi; nothing has worked. Only one of the communities I can find online to take via browser, the others I can’t. Other than that, app is great.

What going on with the community app. I can’t login from the app or any other way for that matter. I am missing out on the surveys I received through email because I can’t login.

I’m noticing a reoccurring theme. The major level of discontent lies in the inability of hopping to different “communities.” This doesn’t seem like it would be all that hard to fix, so my assumption is that they don’t want to. If the competition is that fierce then choose different apps to represent your company. You’re forcing people to choose one over another. Until that’s resolved, my rating will remain low. (And please don’t give me the standard copy/paste developer response…it’s a little insulting)

Never had an issue using this for The Pet Lovers Community. Tried to take a survey today and didn’t qualify. Now I am stuck on that “you didn’t qualify” screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled app and still the same. Log into the computer and it’s doing the same thing. Tried to reach out to App Support and it keeps asking me if I want to schedule a demo????????
I hate leaving negative reviews, but have no other way to reach the company at this time.

App opens but won’t send a “magic link” and crashes when you try to sign in manually. Edit: I was notified of an app update by the developers and installed it. I can now log in (manually anyway, the “magic link” still isn’t appearing in my email).

Truly enjoying The Compass app! Nice graphics and easy to use plus I like the questions from the Moderators from Gorton’s and love the feedback from different parts of the country from other panelists.

I’ve been trying to access the PetTalk Community board for months after completing a series of questions and earning bonuses. I can’t sign in. The app tells me there’s no account associated with my email address. This happened suddenly, cutting me off from rewards earned through my full participation. Multiple emails to the forum coordinator have gone unanswered. I don’t know what’s up, but I want my points.
