1. Fixed issue with profile images not filling their circular image view container on winners page

Fix issue with vote count not including all videos

Changed the duration of video that is needed to be watched prior to voting to 15 seconds.

Updated the vote dialog to reflect the video being watched for 30 seconds before voting.
