Great App. Excellent Customer Service!
My family and I started a group competition yesterday. After the teams were set and the group was finalized, my nephew decided to join. I contacted the app developer hoping for a workaround, and his response time was almost immediate. Who does that anymore?!

Great, but needs improvements
We are a group of 8 closing on week 3 of our competition and I think the app serves it’s purpose thus far. We are all weighing in, weekly challenge and overall winner are announced each week and funds are calculated accurately.
However, two stars are lost because as an admin I have the authority to do nothing. Three people, including me entered the wrong weight and there was no way to change. What’s the point of the pictures if you can’t go back to see them to verify? This should be an admin feature. Why can’t we see an all time weight loss graph on app? I am only able to see weekly. I think individual competitors should be able to see their weight even if the competition is % based.
I think this app can have full potential if it played some ads, charged $2.99 for a download if their developers find a way to integrate with a money transfer app, make the pay to upgrade to be an admin free to participate , gives admin true admin right beyond creating competition like viewing submit photos when requested to make weight changes, allowing competitors to view their own weight, view their full all time weight loss graph and fix some start up and in app glitches.

Not user friendly at all
4 of us have been using the app. Well trying to and all are having issues. We messed up twice and couldn’t change something and had to keep ending the challenge and start over. I know I am not tech illiterate but this app sure made me feel like it. Stuff you want isn’t easily found or accessible, and there aren’t that many features. Admins seem to only have controls too. Seems like all this is good for is weighing in. It’s not really fun for it to be a competition. And it supposedly calculates your fat percentage but how? You’re not able to input any data besides your weight. No height, no age, no goal weight no nothing. And the app keeps freezing when I try to input anything. And the camera has a serious delay time. I weigh and try to take the picture, which it requires, but my number on my electronic scale is gone before it snaps. Twice I’ve weighed for this competition, lost the number and weighed again and it showed something higher than before now. So...... I didn’t give it that many stars. I’m Sorry developers.

Needs improvement
I’m the admin of the group. My abilities ended as soon as I started the competition. Admins should be able to see if people are logging in and have control over rewards. As of right now we are in the middle of week 3 and the app never awarded week 2 prizes. I have one person convinced she is down but the app shows her up. It would be helpful to see your initial weight so you know what the app is using to measure your up or down status. I use a food tracking app that shows this very easily. The user interface is clunky and not intuitive. Someone finally showed me that if I press and hold my name (only from some screens) I can see my charted progress that week. However, no numbers are given on this chart, it’s just a line on a blank graph. If you need ad revenue to afford app improvements then put them in. We don’t mind ads for a better user experience.

I want to love this app
I truly do... I’ve inspired my whole office to do a weight loss challenge.. they all signed up and started using the app and immediately people made mistakes. A guy from Europe accidentally weighed in kg.. one gal did a two instead of a 1.. all things you can expect as people are figuring it out. The problem is that I have no way as an admin to fix these mistakes. So either we start over and I hope I can get everyone back on board or we use a different platform. I’ve reached out to support many many times in as many ways as I can think of and unfortunately haven’t heard anything back. I’d be willing to pay a lot for this service if I could just get a response or some control over the system to edit mistakes people make. Please respond to my emails and help me because I really want to love this platform and use it.

Doesn’t Work
I really wanted this app to work, the market doesn’t really have anything else like what it promised. We set up the game, it wouldn’t let us start right away, it delays you till the next day, this was frustrating when we all got together just to get the competition started. Once it started we got to do 1 weigh in, but on day 2 the app crashed for all 5 of us and it no longer opens up. I contacted the customer service twice but heard nothing back about it. After reading the other reviews they are all similar and people seem to have a lot of issues with the app. Maybe if they can fix the bugs and get better support this would be amazing, cause the market lacks this style of app. Also we were never able to put in the money and app never showed anything about money.

3.0 is broken for me
The app no longer works for me since updating to 3.0. The purple weigh-in button has been gray for a while, not letting me weigh in. Something flips it to purple if I wait a couple days or so, like this morning. The button is mysteriously purple now. When it’s purple I can weigh in as many times as I want in the same day. I’ve done it three times in thirty minutes. My weigh-ins are recorded in my personal view and in my all-weeks view but they do not have any visible effect on my group view (first tab). The host of the group can see my weigh-ins in the all-weeks view but not in the main group view. After weighing in three times this morning, the weigh-in button is still purple. Definitely not how the app worked before. The app is non-functional for me right now.

Helpful for group weight loss!
A few months ago there were significant issues with the app and the support received online. However after some updates the app seems to be in much better shape. Some of the ads won’t close but overall the app is working better than ever. Shout out to Amir for the help over the summer when we had some tech issues.
I do wish there was a zero money Competish option. That would be cool!

The chat doesn’t work, the photos get messed up, the app crashes, the app won’t let you log on. These are some of the issues that we’ve experienced. I’ve used the website support chat function but I’ve never gotten a response so I’ve used twitter to reach out and have gotten some snarky responses. This app could be amazing and monetized if they actually kept up with it and had decent customer service

I don’t understand how this has 4.4 stars! I’m two weeks into a competition and basically nothing works right with the app. There are supposed to be weekly match-ups, but there aren’t. Every time I open the app, it displays my pic as someone else’s pic. The app has a notification symbol on my homescreen every day, but when I open it, there is nothing new. We just finished our first weekly competition (sans matchups since those aren’t working). The weekly winner in our group is supposed to have won some money, and there’s a spot next to his name where he should have a money total. It says $0. I weigh in with a photo of my scale and type in my weight, but there is nowhere to review these. And the list goes on... there are so many issues with this app!

Wanted to Rate 5 Star But-
I love the idea of this app, and love doing the competition with my friends. I wanted to rate this 5 stars but it's so buggy. Anytime I try to look at the group details it says "invalid group ID" and won't match me or anyone else up in the group. Not to mention it require a picture of the scale to weigh in then let's you enter any weight you want? And a few of my friends have issue with the app crashing on them.
Over all I love this app but it definitely needs improvement. I'd recommend giving it a shot... I just hope the creators fix it up a bit.
