Best app ever
I never write reviews but for this app I have to. I’ve never meditated before but I do have trouble falling asleep and I don’t like taking my sleeping pills. I tried this app listening to Ross I did it exactly as Ross said as I fell asleep! I did wake up but I checked my phone in the morning and I slept better than I used to. From now on I will be using this app to go to sleep. I highly recommend it to anyone who might have doubts. Pull the trigger and buy it.

Been using this for years
Whenever I need a nap or just cannot sleep at night this app relaxes me and lets me get to sleep. I do not understand how I can hear the same words over and over without becoming bored or having the suggestions lose their effectiveness, but I have used this same app for years and it, or Mr. Johnson’s Power Nap are my go to “zamboni for the brain” solutions to quiet my monkey mind. Thank you for your wonderful work.

Help for my panic attacks and parasomnia
This is the first app for guided meditation that has really helped me and I experience a lot of trouble trying to relax due to my chronic pain and anxiety with panic attacks 24 hours per day. I sure wish I could afford the full version I am sure it would be much more helpful, I really appreciate this new practice of my trying meditation so I can help ease my mind. Thanks Ross for your development of this app.

I have been using this app for several months and I love it. I have a hard time getting my mind to stop long enough to fall asleep and never stay asleep all night long but this app re-focus' my thoughts and allows me to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep all night. I highly recommend.

Great meditation app
This is the only meditation app that has really worked for me. It is easy to use and the voice of the speaker is very soothing. It’s the first time that I have wanted to follow through with a meditation program. I highly recommend this app.

Great for falling asleep
The intro always makes me laugh but once I get past that, I'm sleeping within the next 5-10 minutes. Love this app!
