I love photography and I think the app is great. I love all the tags you have to pick from and the fact you don’t have to type them, yourself. I don’t really like the fact that you need to remember where they were taken. Everything else is fine.

Good app! Minor UI issues
This app works great for us contributors. The one minor UI complaint I would have.. if the devs would search for the app and launch it that way.. iOS has a link to “get back to where you were before”.. (and it doesn’t have to be SEARCH.. it could be Safari bouncing the user into the app..etc).. while that “go back” link is there, if one goes into a brief.. the arrow in the UI is really really close to the iOS “go back” link. It is difficult to get out of the Brief if that “go back” link is there.

I can upload my images!
Sure hope that I can make some money eventually though… but it’s better than just taking my photos without permission and selling it to advertising…

Stupid app
I’ve uploaded some of my images to sign in but they were declined. I was very confused and compared my photos with ones that were in the app and most of my images were the same, if not better, quality. I don’t recommend this app because they may use your images even after rejection of the application and you won’t get money for that.
Also in the mail that was sent to me they were recommending me to resend the application to understand what they do want. Why?! This is so stupid!!!

Please Pick One or the Other
Hi,
You designed an app to give accessibility to creators and we appreciate that. However it takes away from all of the convenience whenever it takes us out of the app into a browser for half of the account settings, requiring us to sign in again.
Content submission - super smooth. That’s the only reason it wasn’t a one star.
It just doesn’t make sense to me the lack of integration. Simple Explanations to these issues would make a person like me understand better but honestly making things easier for all creators seems like the better option. Either let me do everything on my desktop, give me everything on my phone, or both. Not some on one and some on the other.

Using Getty Contributor for the first time
I love this! I’m really enjoying sharing my photography for the first time. I’m a novice photographer and this experiment is giving me hope that I might keep pursuing and improving my photography.

Definitely scam
So I have applied and submitted some of my work and they say that they are going to get back to me within 3-5 days if my work has been approved and that they would provide me with login in information. I have waited and waited for response than finally I send email to ask if they accepted my work but they responded was that it was not now I don’t have access even to to take down the photograph that I uploaded even. It definitely scammers that are taking advantage of people works.

Crashes frequently
Love this app and the concept of being a contributor HOWEVER the app crashes every time I try to log in. I haven’t been able to log in for months at this point. Really hoping this can be fixed. Outside of that I love the app and love being a contributor!

Buggy
Every time I do a batch edit, I have to enter certain detail to every photo individually which defeats the purpose of a batch edit. Most of the time it’s too buggy to remember the keywords so those have to be entered for each picture as well. One of many bugs that make what could be a quick process, a long and tedious task.
