What happened?!
I have been playing this for years, and have advanced really far up in the game. Now it’s been a few months since I’ve play and just yesterday I noticed it needed to be updated when i opened it- then come to find out all my progress from before was deleted! What a disappointment ! I’m so frustrated!!!

LOG IN PLATFORM
For those of you who don’t know…The only login platform that you can use is: Facebook! What happens if you don’t want to use Facebook to log into this game? Well, you can play as a guest. HOWEVER…According to Grampas:
Guest accounts which are not linked to Facebook account are unprotected and may be deleted. If your account is a guest account, you will lose your data when updating or reinstalling the game. If a guest account is lost or if your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, including any in-app purchases made.
I as a game player of this game for years, don’t agree with this! You should have at least two options to play and store your game progress. Upon my not deciding to use Facebook to log in anymore, I found that ALL OF MY YEARS OF GAME PROGRESS DID NOT CARRY OVER, WHEN I LOGGED IN AS A GUEST. Even though I am using the same device. In other words…The game started me back to square one! And that people, was the response I received from Grampas!!!!

I agree with the last review. And with the $ I’ve put into this game over time - I feel kinda ripped off. Don’t get me wrong - I LOVE this game. It’s absolutely one of my all-time favorites. But it’s going downhill really fast.
As of tonight - there’s been nothing but a black screen for two hours. That was before moving SO slowly last night that I completely stopped playing it at all.
I thought maybe it was my connection or phone until I saw the comment before this.
You should fix this…..like completely and thoroughly.

Up dated version I can’t get in
I’ve been playing for years, unlocked all the restaurants, spent a lot of money. I play on my new 11 Pro iPad and now with the update, I can’t log in. Every time I try, I get looped back into the log in screen. I’ve played through Facebook. I’ve contacted support, but no response after a week. Disappointed.

Best cooking game there is when it will load! It’s a great game but sometimes it won’t load for days! Other days it loads but takes 5 minutes just to get one board to load so you can play for 2 minutes then wait another 5 minutes to play the next level. Please fix!

The size of this game lol
This is one of my top three favorite games. I love how it’s challenging to gain all the stars to pass to the next level. HOWEVER, I do find it a big problem that the size of the game is at 2.1GB currently. I’m only at bakery level, and i can’t imagine how much more space it will be needing by the time I’m nearing the end of its current version of game. Been deleting everything on my phone just to update, and honestly I don’t know if it’s worth it

Has problems loading
I love this game when I can play it, but it has a lt of problems loading. Like it takes forever or never starts at all. I usually have to close all my other apps on my iPad to get this one to load and even then it’s slow. Is there any way to fix this?

Frustrating
SO frustrating. I am stuck on level 11 in Swiss and cannot even get 1 star to advance. I have purchased every upgrade to max level. You have mixed different cuts of bread that goes on different types of plates. It was a fun game for years but I give up! Of all the restaurants I have never had such a hard time. You could buy every advantage. The only way to pass is if you gave 10 minutes. You don’t have time to match the bread to the plate. Normally you have a certain food for certain dish. Now you have it all mixed up.

it’s a shame because this game was one of my favorite games. while i understand that this is a very well made FREE game, it’s impossible not to spend money. i JUST unlocked the hamburger truck and i’ve been playing for YEARS. it’s insane how much upgrades cost. i can’t even get 3 stars on stage TWO because i don’t have enough cony or gems to upgrade my store. i understand you need to make a profit but this is kinda ridiculous. sadly, i’m going to have to find another restaurant game.
