Great overall but can use some improvements
The app overall is great, as a student it is super convenient to have fast access to my grades so I can stay on top of them and all my assignments. The layout is very neat and organized, although optimization for newer devices (such as the iPhone X specifically) could be improved upon. Also, the transcript / GPA feature from the CoolSIS website is missing on the app; including it would be very helpful and makes for an even better experience than the app already is. Other than that, there aren’t many issues apart from the tapping the “ Info “ tab causing the app to crash and general optimization. Other than that, the app is great and I hope it continues to improve.

Locked out after 1 wrong PW!!
UPDATE: I believe the problem was fixed with the app not working -- but I HATE that if something goes wrong at sign in (like right now - there is a server problem), or you fat-finger your password you cannot make a second try for some unspecified period of time! I'm all for security -- but at least give us three strikes before we are locked out for a while....maybe if I can actually get in and use the app I'll bump it up to 4 or 5 stars....it's getting better....but right now I'm just frustrated with it!

So there can be a feature where if. So when you have an assignment you can change if I got 100 percent this is my grade will so if it is an assignment won’t make any changes no need to waist time on it. So if I got 100 on a test my grade will be -A so like tells it you get this on this assignment this is your new grade will be

it won’t let me get in
It won’t let me get into the app. It was working fine but I don’t know what happened now . Every time I log in it says “ there’s a newer version of this app available , redirecting you to the App Store.” But there is nothing here. Fix it

I don't like that not only do u have to login but also have to input the URL?? Y is that? Totally unnecessary I think. I also don't see the point in logging in when the teachers do not update their info & there's nothing to see...but that's not the app's fault. Finally I think I should have the ability to update my info under settings if needed.

Great communication tool
I love love love this app. It allows me to stay connected with my child's progress and behavior records. Many times I have used it to immediately connect with a teacher by replying to the comments left on the app. I love the schedule feature and the notifications tab.

Though I didn't like the setup I believe this app has potential. I believe you should be able to theme the front page of your selective account to make it personal
