Description
Coralis Health provides a platform to connect neurodivergent and disabled children, adults, and caregivers with healthcare providers, therapies, and services. Our care spans all ages, starting from the initial concerns and diagnosis, all the way through adulthood. Our goal is to create a world where all people can realize their full potential!
PROVIDER NETWORK
We provide the first and only premier network of highly experienced healthcare providers and focused services to assist the millions of children with neurodiversity and disabilities experiencing mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
Once a subscription plan is purchased, you have access to the provider network that includes speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, ABA therapy, counseling, Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Psychology, and more. Filter through providers based on profession, expertise, location, payment options, and wait time. This helps families target the services they need more seamlessly and efficiently. Subscription plans are offered monthly, quarterly, and yearly and can be canceled at any time.
DEVELOPMENTAL CONSULTATIONS
We provide virtual or in-person developmental consultations for children. Currently for children between ages 2-10 years, but we will expand to include other ages as our company and provider numbers grow. All consultations are completed by fellowship trained Developmental Behavioral Pediatricians and Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists in an efficient, timely manner thus avoiding what is typically years of emotional distress to both children and their families caused by the lengthy delays in receiving these services.
Diagnoses we cover:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- ADHD
- Developmental Delay
- Intellectual Disability
- Anxiety for children with Autism and/or developmental delays
Request a consultation with one of our physicians directly from our app based on their availability. Each consultation is broken into two 60 minute visits. Before the first visit you will receive some questionnaires and are asked to provide any additional information to help the doctor understand your child. During the first visit, the doctor will ask more questions and spend time speaking with your child and observing their interactions. At the end of this visit, the second visit will be scheduled 2-4 weeks later. During that second visit, the doctor will go over their diagnoses and provide you with recommendations that will best suit your child.
We are not participating in any insurance plans at this time. We are currently fee-for-service. We can provide you with the paperwork needed to submit a claim to your insurance for reimbursement.
CARE COORDINATION
After consultations are completed, services are coordinated by both compassionate human interaction and highly sophisticated AI technology, to provide personalized healthcare plans and assist families every step of the way. We help families find the right healthcare professionals, services, and educational materials to give their loved ones the care they need and deserve.
The future of developmental pediatrics and behavioral health is here, because everyone deserves the opportunity to live a full, happy, productive life!
