A fantastic addition the the Core Strengths offerings
A powerful app and refreshingly free considering the power it provides. Straight forward, easy to use, and insightful. It delivers on the promises made and has improved my communication with coworkers immensely.
When there is conflict at the workplace their insight on a persons' conflict sequence is indispensable. The communication tips section is truly amazing and has helped to streamline how I communicate with my coworkers tailoring it to their preferred communication type.

Never thought I could have this information on an app
My company has been using core strengths for a while team collaboration and communication, but I can’t tell you home many times I’ve been on my way to a meeting and thought, “I should have done my research on these people.” Now I can literally pull up their motives, strengths, conflict sequences and communication tips (my favorite!) ANYWHERE. FAST. It’s like google for coworkers. An absolute life saver.

I have learned so much using the Core Strengths platform and now I love that I can access some of the best features on the go. Comparing with my co-workers, learning more about myself and others, and communicating effectively with those in my world is now easier than ever. Fantastic Product
This app is a very well put together extension of the Core Strengths platform. I would highly recommend every business integrate this product into the business processes. It is a great way to gain insight to both employees personal strengths and the way to work together in the most efficient way to achieve business goals. It’s the app I didn’t know I needed!

Quick communication tips on the go!
Easy to navigate and the fact that you have helpful tips to communicate on to go is nice! Being able to compare with others and have a quick reference to pull to understand how to affectively communicate with others in minutes is amazing!

So much information at my fingertips
This is a game-changer. To have this much information on how to have better meetings is amazing. I can literally take two minutes and pull up my teammate’s results before a meeting to see how I can better connect with the individuals in our meetings.

I use this in every meeting!
Now you can know the best way to interact with everyone you work with! It tells you what to do and say, and what NOT to say. It’s like having Cliff notes for your co-workers and I take it to every meeting. Highly recommend.
