Just Superior - Best you can get

I downloaded this App with very high expectation. Had other Apps from the company and felt they are top shelvers.

I was blown away. Was more impressed than could have imagined. Just a few things that matters to me.

Extremely clear, clean and simple to navigate. Nice graphic that does not try to impress you, rather be of assistance. Flow is extremely logical. No one tries to sell you anything. And if you need support, you get world class service and response. My issue was resolved in less than 10 minutes!

On the learning side, the questions were well thought of. Right to the point t o know if you really know your stuff to pass. No try to make you feel good and flunk the real thing. A lot of thought was given to each test. All test areas is covered.

Money matters to me. A lot. But, I have learned it is not how much you spend. But, how much you get back. If I am to spend couple of hundreds and pass with flying color, my next house is by river, fishing from my porch. What I am saying is that it is money worth spending versus those cheapos that does not get your dream house.

I give it 99%. Why not 100%? Keep them hungry to come up with even better. By between us, they are worth 110%.

Great product

I purchased the preparation for NBDE 1 and I practiced all the questions twice,the communication was fast and great, they answered my questions immediately with pleasure, I was surprised when I did the real exam that it was exactly the same program and felt very comfortable during the exam, it was like doing it at home.
I PASSED!!!!!!!!
I was very happy to know that I passed from the first attempt knowing that English is my second language and I have been not practicing for 12 years, thank you Crackthenbde for the great experience, will definitely purchase the second board preparation.
I recommend it to everyone who is looking to pass NBDE1 but of course you have to do your own extra work and videos besides the questions.

I wish I could have my money back

They only have two NBDE tests. Flash cards are terribly bad.. they are not a questions and answers type of thing, just notes. Video Crash Courses missing endo and perio. The videos from part 1 are bad because they are way too long and she just reads what is on the board. Part 2 is even worst. She is always yawning from her own presentation. She did not even review her material before recording the class. Terrible pictures and missing important points. You would think that they put a lot of thought on this but you can see clearly that is not the case. She did not even care to edit her videos. Just a money grab program. Of course I’m not ready to do the test. How should I pay almost U$1000 dollars for a test that I won’t pass just to reclaim U$300. Sick and tire of loggin in every 5 minutes too. Not to mention they only give you 6 months of access. Just terrible.

No complaints!

I've had the computer version for a couple of months now and it's really good. It gives you the chance to study full exams or by subject and not only does it help you learn the material but also the format and conditions of the actual exam. The examples and explanations are clear and I like that they don't only explain why the right answer is right but also why the others are wrong. Recently found out they have a phone app and that it's even better because now you can use it on the go!

On another note, any time I've had a question the support team has always been available and helpful.

Why you should definitely buy this app

I'm foreign trained dentist, and based on my experience I believe anyone who wants to understand the USA criteria-based exam with limited time should definitely buy this app, it helped me to understand the USA test method, it has real time mimic just like the real exam, it just makes you feel more prepared and calm on the day of your exam. It's exactly the same thing, and the question are so alike that for a second I though it was the same exam. This is a great app. I learn more with this app than with the book first aid.

not impressed

i bought this app because of its great claims. though it does a nice job of simulating the real nbde exam format, i came across quite a few errors (for example, answer b is marked as being correct but the explanation has answer a as being correct, etc.). the trial version did not work for me, so i took a chance and purchased this app based on its great reviews - when i saw all the errors and the clunky formatting, i decided to use other resources instead. i called the support line less than 24 hours after purchase to see if i could get a refund, thinking that, if i explained my situation of not being able to try before purchasing and showing that i had the app for less than 24 hours, i would be offered a refund. instead, i was told that no refund would be given. this app was a waste of money - if you have any other resources (free flashcard databases online, the dental boards mastery app, old hand-me-down dental decks, etc. i'd highly recommend opting for those instead. such a shame... after paying $400 to take the exam, the last thing i needed was to pay another $120 for a useless app....

The missing piece for the preparation!

I used this preparation for the NBDE part 1 and it was the missing part. I practiced taking all the tests, two weeks from each other and it gave me experience with the setting of the real test. I learned to pace myself through the questions and concentrate the Whole length of the test which you may think it's easy but your brain wears out. This was like a workout for my brain and really the missing piece for my preparation.

Doesn’t worth buying

You don’t need this question bank to pass your tests for several reasons:
1. There were no questions from here that appeared on the actual exam at all, as I remember. So for those who like memorizing questions to expect them on the exam it’s not the best choice app.
2. Software is bad. Doesn’t allow you to generate a customer password.
You must log out from one of the devices if wanna switch using it with computer and phone app. Inconvenient, right?
3. Doesn’t have smaller topic section rather than only 100- and 400-Question quizzes. So you can only check your overall knowledge but not for topics separately.
4. High price. Seriously, for what I’ve listed above it should have been twice as less. It’s also recurring payment which you should watch for.
5. About 3 mistakes per 100 questions which disappointing you
6. The only thing I love is fast customers support chat window.

Be well on the exam! Work hard and spend your time and money rather on other questions sources.

I recently bought this program to help me study for part one of the boards. I used crack the DAT to get into dental school and am hopeful that crack the NBDE will help me pass my boards. Each question has detailed information to help you understand why you got it wrong and the format is nearly identical to the real exam. Very user friendly and helpful staff.

Poor customer service and poor design

Not only did I pay $80 for the practice tests to have tons of grammar and syntax errors, when I took the second test for part 2, the explanations wouldn’t show. The questions are poorly written and sometimes the question is in the answer box (coding or copy and paste issue). I’m going to try to get my money back but their “10 minutes or less” chat service hasn’t responded yet so I’m not holding out hope.

You’d be better off with mastery or Kaplan. I’m very disappointed because I used this company for part 1 boards and did not have this issue.
