Craps

This Game is a great tool to learn to understand the game and allows to to take educated cases on where and when to place your bets. Moves along very smoothly. Not too many ads either. Loaded with action. I only gave it four stars because it doesn’t seem that the dice are random enough. Sounds silly because any outcome on the rule is unknown to you, but it just has a feel that the outcome of the roll gets based on your bets. Definitely worth playing.

Dice Are Not Random

The game is smooth, clean interface, some decent options, and easy to play. But I really don’t think the dice are random. I’ve played 10s of thousands of rolls with this game. Always random dice and random set. You don’t get close to the statistical average until you’re near 5000 rolls. In 1000 rolls, I would expect the statistical average of each number to be a bit closer to accurate. In addition, I’ve played one particular strategy for over 15,000 rolls. Only betting Come. And holy cow do “craps” hit like it’s going out of style! I just finished a round. In 8 rolls I hit 3 Threes, 1 snake eyes, and 2 boxcars. That got me fed up and decided to write this review. It’s not always that bad, but seems to be way more often than it should be. After reading other reviews, it really does seem like the dice fall out of favor with what you are betting.

Unplayable

Game is unplayable. So many 7s can’t possibly try testing any strategies. When you switch to Don’t Pass strategy. Knocks you out right away. When you play a Pass strategy, let’s you get some Points with Come or Place bets and the 7 out. I’m not making this comment from a couple of plays. I played 1000’s of rolls over many months and the graph of rolls has the 7s so far above the “random” normal, it’s ridiculous. I’m giving it 2 stars because I think the the game setup and betting features is excellent. That’s why I kept playing. But I am now removing it from my phone to find another app that will roll more like a real pair of dice.

Good learning tool but dice don’t seem random

Like a lot of others say, I like it as a learning tool. I can practice a strategy and refine some decisions. I’m not a believer is fdice setting and if the developers are then the options to set dice obviously show they wrote a way to influence the dice. I took a screenshot of a game with 15 Big Red in 32 rolls. Sure it’s possible, but come on!

CRAPS REVIEW

This App is great for an avid Craps player like myself. Issues I have are NO $100 chips, Buy bets should be easier to put on & take off. In Preferences you should be able to press bets & the button work!! The BIG PROBLEM IS THE DICE DON’T ROLL.. I don’t want to see the dice just shake in their place , I want you to be able to toss the dice like they had in the casinos in NY WITH THE ELECTRONIC PUSH CRAPS GAME. Graphics are ok, moves fairly quickly. Overall I give it 3 Stars because they need to fix the above issues. It would get 5 STARS THEN!!

Good platform, but the dice aren’t random

Something weird about the dice on this program. “Random” setting hits significantly fewer points than would be expected by random chance (Based on observed data - Chi Squared test, p< 0.05), so it’s hard to get a sense of whether your strategy of choice is a good one. Also, the data the program shows you is mostly useless. The platform is nice, especially easy betting, just wish the algorithm for the dice roll was done properly.

I’m a big fan

Whenever anyone asks me ‘how do you play craps?" (Which isn’t that often, I’ll admit), I always recommend that they get this app. It’s a great way to try out betting strategies and is perfect on-the-go entertainment. It’s not as ‘streaky" as the real deal; I’ve played thousands of rolls, but only had one authentic ‘heater.’ Nice job, otherwise.

Great app...

But had some bug issues. Would crash and or the "question from dealer" box would be all wonky. Sometimes a come bet wouldn't move or clear. None have happened for a while and despite all of that it's still well into the 4 star range imo.

Random roll issues

I like the game but.... on random roll there are so many 7s. I’ve played craps a long long time and never see this many 7s. Makes it very hard to get an accurate read on strategy. However I love the layout and how it places correct odds on 6/8 place bets. Would love to see them come up with a true random roll somehow.

Fun, but you’re telling me this thing isn’t rigged?

Run only ‘any 7’ you’re less likely to hit 7
Run only field, you won’t hit field
Buy only one number, you’ll never hit that number.
What makes this random dice?
They clearly are influenced by where I place money. I have never missed field 6x in a row when placing only a field bet irl.
