So when I was three I loved the game all I wanted to do was play crayola only but now that I’m eight I still love it but the way like if you write with a marker crayon paint brush any thing really it like if you let go it over laps and becomes darker and I hate that Hate it so much because if your my age maybe younger it’s ANNOYING when you mess up on your drawings. So if you could stop that it would not be annoying at all. Cuz my fingers get tired and I want a rest but I can’t or I’ll mess up what I already colored is dark. Then i ether deal with it erase it and start over or make the hole thing dark which is annoying to do. So I want it to be like if I took my finger off it would stay the same color. But I love the game sorry if I made a spelling mistake or something I’m not always perfect. But really such a good game I still play it my brother who’s four loves it.

I got this app because I saw it on the back of a crayon box so I decided to get it on my phone I was playing it and I wanted to unlock one of the crayons so I clicked on it to see if there’s a coin or something but it said you need a subscription I don’t really like in app purchases and the subscription for a year is really expensive I don’t think it’s worth it buying the subscription I like the idea of getting to make your own pets and I also like the idea of mixing colors I don’t think that there should be an age range limit I like how there are no ads and the game is kid friendly there is a learning aspect which is nice but you can only unlock one of the arcade games without a subscription I found that very annoying I have played other apps like this and they didn’t have an app purchases I think will look at them better or whoever made this app could’ve done better with their design of an app purchases because you don’t get a lot of stuff before I played games that you can’t even do anything without a subscription overall though I think it’s a good game especially for kids who are learning their colors

Recent update & cost increase
My daughter and I were incredibly gutted when we opened the game yesterday to find out the money already taken out of my account the day previous suddenly only pays for half of the games available- unless I want to be charged an extra $6.99 this month for her to have access to all of the games, like she has for a while now. She is turning 3 in a week and a half and can’t comprehend why this is happening. She was in tears all day. Unnecessary stress, and I truly expected more from the company I have supported and adored my entire 30 years of life. I wasn’t warned about this, and I’m sure I’m not the only one upset about this. The game is wonderful and I would like to purchase a year subscription when feasible- but the lack of notice and the way you locked every item she’s played with and integrated them through free games is impossible to navigate or understand, especially for kids who are young and the main reason you have people paying to play this game. Now I’ve wasted $4 and have to spend a month watching my child upset, and being disappointed- not to mention families all over who used this app. There is no way I’m the only one experiencing this.

My children love this app. It’s so creative and fun. However, after installing an update it signed us out even though we paid for a year (year is up June 2020). It won’t allow me to restore purchase or anything. Keeps telling me to pay. On top of that I tried to contact someone through the email address on the app and it got returned said it couldn’t be sent to the address. Not sure what’s going on but that’s upsetting after I paid for the year.

This has become increasingly frustrating. The website you provided for support will not allow me to email to it. On top of that, I get a message from the phone number about not opening again until Thursday December 26 even though it is now the 27th. Can anyone help me out with this? I’m really annoyed that I spent money on this app and we can’t even use it and can’t get any help with it. I have always loved crayola and use their products almost daily with my children. This situation has caused me to grow very disappointed with the company.

Worst game ever, do not buy.
Why I put put three stars is because when I started this game I was super excited turns out things were terrible. I was able to make pets which was so much fun but they closed it down the pet section and I was only able to make two pets. Next problem was The games were also super fun but some of the games were closed down I didn’t even get to play the games that were closed down when I tapped on the closed down games also the pet section they said I was supposed to join a club I could get everything free but I didn’t do it I thought I needed to pay and I didn’t do it even though I wasn’t sure I still didn’t deal with this game. This is why I said do not buy but for me I would still keep it. You’re like me I would be fine if you keep it when other people and you disagree that’s okay. Please do not buy this don’t stress yourself don’t let this app to trick you into spending your money for a little crayon thing.

My daughter loved it when it was free!!
My daughter, who is 4, loved playing this game. We had it on my phone for over a year. We downloaded it before it blew up and had all this extra stuff on it and was still a free game. Then it got upgraded and turned into a pay game but I guess we were grandfathered into it since we had it as a free game. My daughter tried to play it one day and accidentally deleted it and has lost everything and now it’s wanting to charge us to play it. That’s messed up. I already have to pay a monthly fee to get into where the game is stored and now you want me to pay $4 a month for her to be able to play this game that she maybe spends a cpl hrs a month playing that’s messed up. Makes me want to just cancel all my arcade stuff.

Very fun
I love CrayolaCreate and play this is the best game ever. There is some coloring. like pixel art. neon colors. coloring pages. I mean coloring books. There is a pet section where you can play with your pet. you can feed it. You can dress it up. And so much more. There is an activity section. there’s wax. You can grow plants. And more. There is a game section. there’s scoop stack where you have to scoop many ice cream scoops as you can. I don’t know the rest of the Games. But it’s still very fun. Oh and I forgot to tell you that there is a Christmas countdown. Yeah I know right? Each day you come and you get a new prize. Like costumes for your pets. New coloring pages. And more. It’s very fun. I know. You would like this game. Get Crayola crayon and play today.

I like it but it needs a lot of improving
I really like it but there are some things you kind a need to change a lot. I’m starting with the club. I don’t like how the club to do everything but the people don’t have to club only get to do a few things almost all the games are close for the people that don’t have club and it’s kind of expensive. One of the things I’m most don’t like about the club is the prizes. I think it is super unfair that the club people get the prizes but people don’t have the club don’t. People who don’t have the club get to earn the prizes but they don’t get them and that is just downright unfair. I also wish you could make more than about three pets. They’re about a 1000 things I could keep reporting on but I don’t want to because I want you to see these problems and why I don’t like this game. I really like her a lot but I don’t like this game please keep my report in mind and change these bugs.

Best game ever
I haven’t played this game since I was nine and now I am ten. The reason for that is that my mom bought in January 2023 and now it is September 2023 and my mom bought a year pass and it says I have to buy it again. So I need help. The reason I bought this game is because my little sister and my mom went to the mall to get my mom a new Apple Watch because her old one broke and at the apple store there are iPads so kids can play games while their parents are waiting for their purchase. One of the games my sister tried out is crayola create and play and she loved and started playing it at home so I tried it out and loved it. So I got it on my tablet.

Fun app with issues
My daughter and I are huge fans of Crayola so of course we subscribed as soon as we saw this app! She totally loves it, especially the coloring and making items in the molds. However there are a couple issues that caused us to eventually cancel our subscription. One is that the app is very temperamental. Some days we just flat-out couldn’t get it to load, other days it would load very slowly, other days it was fine. The other problem we had was that it takes up TONS of room on her iPad! 3GB! This was over 3x bigger than any of her other apps and when you only have 16gb to start with, that’s huge!
We would love to resume our subscription if they can streamline the app with reliable, fast loading times, and have it take up much less space.
