ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS GAME!!! But...
I love this game so much! It’s so addictive and challenging which makes it so much fun :) however, I finally made it to where I can "travel" to the next location, France. I was so excited! But, it won’t let me! It keeps giving me the message "Failed to connect to server. Please check your internet connection and try again." My internet is stable, and I was able to play the levels before going to France as well. I’m sure this is a bug, but please fix this!! It also unfortunately wastes the benefit I was given: infinite hearts for one hour 😭

While this game is fun to play and offers challenging levels, there are many levels that are nearly impossible to pass unless you have “diamonds” to buy “boosts.” Like many other games you can earn diamonds while playing. However, those diamonds are conveniently stored in a piggy bank for you that you can purchase for $1.99. ☹️ Why do I have to pay for a virtual piggy bank in order to receive the diamonds I “earned?” I’m mean, there is no limit to how many times you can fill up an imaginary piggy bank with imaginary diamonds. Of course, each time you “cash in” is $1.99. Boosts cost between $200-$300 diamonds. It takes a long time to acquire that many diamonds in the game. You can purchase diamonds for $1.99 for 150, $4.99 for 500, and $9.99 for 1000. It goes up from there. So, for $5 you can buy 1 or 2 boosts. It is a continuing cycle......kind of like gambling. I liked it better when we could purchase a full game and play it by earning rewards in the game. I don’t like to pay-to-win. Once you pay to win with one set of boosts, you will soon need more and more and so on. When I pay for something, I’d at least like it to be something tangible. Not imaginary diamonds and boosts and piggy banks to keep them in.

Wow I don’t quite follow what the 4.8 rating is for on this game because if I could I would rate it a minus zero. Just downloaded and made it to level six. Mind you I even went back and replayed levels 1-5 to fully complete them until it displayed the star symbol above each level that way once I made it far enough to open another restaurant I wouldn’t have had to replay levels. On level five the nightmare began. I lost two games so I just barely made enough coins to start upgrading. I upgraded three or four different items went back replayed level five and to my amazement the only way I won I had to watch a video. Made it to level six and was down to 340 coins and the upgrades made no matter I still kept losing! So soon developers?! How are you supposed to keep someone interested in your game and before you even realize you are playing you find yourself too agitated to even be bothered?! My guess is the high ratings is definitely bogus from what I experienced in just a matter of making it no further than level six and already going to trash this garbage. It’s a complete waste of time and data downloading trust me enter at your own risk nothing entertaining is here.

So sad because I really ENJOY playing this game but unfortunately besides the ads, you truly are cheating and ripping off those of us who seriously play and like the game. Doesn’t matter how hard you work or how long you play to get all the hard earned benefits that come with it but since I DON’T NEED TO MAKE A CASH PURCHASE YOU THEN WANT TO RIG THE GAME TO TAKE ALL THE HARD EARNED ACCUMULATED GEMS TO FORCE US TO GIVE THOSE UP IN ONE GAME FOR 3 customers?! You speed a game up then slow down the customers and that has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PLAYERS!! Your software is rigged to slow down the customers and time and FORCE US TO EITHER QUIT AND LOSE WH AT WE’VE GOT OR GIVE UP 100 gems for seconds or few customers and then you turn around and make it slower so we have to ADD MORE TO THAT VERY GAME TO FINISH THAT LEVEL WHEN I WOULD’VE BEEN DONE IF YOU DIDN’T MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS WALK IN SLOW ONE AT A TIME ON A HIGH LEVEL?! YOU KNOW AS WELL AS I AND OTHERS WHO HAVE GOTTEN TO THIS POINT THAT THIS IS SO WRONG AND MESSED UP ON EVERY LEVEL!!! You should fix this immediately or pull out. Fun but frustrating
The game is fun and it’s very addictive. However, it is also extremely frustrating. As you advance, levels seem almost impossible to pass. The diamonds are so hard to come by, so you end up being stuck on these hard to pass levels until you rack up enough diamonds for a boost or 3 more customers. Sometimes the customers walk extremely slow making it impossible to meet the requirements to pass the level. On the levels where you can’t throw out food, you fail the level even when you make a simple mistake by double tapping. After completing all the levels and getting lots of coins, you make it to France where everything except the currency transfers over! The currency should at least convert when you progress to a new country. It’s a waste and a bummer. You are in a new country with no coins to upgrade food or equipment. It is so irritating! The combo only levels in France are so hard to pass, it’s unbelievable. I think the game should be less frustrating. I also feel like they are trying to force players to spend money.

The biggest problem
1).The customers walking speed cost me the levels (that require them but it’s still stops you from moving forward) constantly with no chance of winning because they don’t even make it to me and them stopping at random spots paired with unfair timers set makes it impossible for players to win especially in later levels
2).The 5 harts and the 30 min timer with the sporadic free heart isn’t working it’s just frustrating for players like myself to get a couple of chances just to thank you got it and get cut off
3). The end game chance to get 30 seconds or 100 diamonds or get 10 seconds for free it’s completely infuriating because if you like some players that cannot just buy their way through the game you have to do it the hard way so therefore you have to take the 10 free seconds that get you nowhere and don’t always keep coming and lose the level and whatever benefit you have earn.

GLITCH WITH ADDS!
Every time I watch an add to either add more time or more customers, the game does NOT pause, so by the time the add is over, either my time is up or the customer leaves and I lose the level! THIS IS NOT FAIR! THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!!!!

I really like the game and it is very addicting but...
So, I just got this game yesterday and I am already on level 39. That is how addicting the game is. The only flaws I personally find flaws are that there are hearts. I personally hate having to wait to play and enjoy a game. I know that they need people to buy things for profit. But I think there are more ways. Like the candy and boosters. Another thing I find irritating it that the timed ones are very annoying. I have everything upgraded yet it is still impossible to defeat the level unless you get a booster or buy more customers. All in all, a pretty good game just I want these things to be improved and I think others may agree. This is just my personal opinion. 😃

I’ve read other comments about it being too hard and how hard it is to gain what you need to upgrade or using boosts but I appreciate that in the game. I don’t mind playing more to gain more because I actually love playing the game, if you love the game you lose track of how long it takes you to get to the next level. I don’t really write reviews but seeing the other reviews about what the game supposedly lacks encouraged me to write this review. I am a food game lover those are the only games downloaded on my phone. Keep up the good work!

Good game but too many ads and Cheats
I really like playing this game because it has really nice graphics and it’s addictive but I dislike the million ads that pop up while you play the game. Also, I dislike that some levels you just can’t pass regardless how well you do. I’m on level 110 but I can’t get the last key from level 109 which it says you need over 4,000 coins to pass but that level only lets you earn up to 3,400 coins do you’re forced to use your diamonds which I did and of course the 3 extra customers were not enough. I feel like they want you to spend money and I’m not willing to pay money to play a game that’s free. So unless this fixed I won’t be playing this game anymore.
