The difference between a good detective and a bad detective is strength of character and the ability to act without thinking for more than 5 seconds. Do you possess these qualities? You need to watch your back if you want to catch the killer and stay alive. It can be rather tricky but surely you can unravel this case, right?
You are asked for help on one of the cases by Melinda Watson, a local constable. You get to work on the case and quickly find new clues that connect the three victims. They were friends or at least business partners. The further you progress, the more it is apparent that these murders are far from random. You see a masked man break into one of the victims’ houses to steal his documents. His wife Norma is devastated and says she didn’t even know that her husband had such papers. Can you discern truth from lies?

You have the opportunity to choose the character's phrases for a particular action and influence the course of detective investigation. Three seemingly unrelated murders happen at nearly the same time. Will you find the connection where the police failed? Better think twice!

Good Game
Thank you for working out the bugs. I did not experience any problems with the game play. I enjoyed this game. Kept my interest throughout.

Better
I actually enjoyed this game more than recent offerings from Domini as it was a crime themed storyline. I also appreciate the varied HOs we were given in this game. My rating would be higher if not for a few problems - nothing fatal but annoying: coding showed at the top of the page on one instance, the game froze entirely twice and necessitated restarting, and the strange question mark above the hint button that when selected offered an opportunity to purchase the game. ??? Never had that happen before. Overall, it was an enjoyable game and worth purchasing.

Felt ripped off!
Although the story lines are better written and have gotten longer the game felt like it was thrown together in a hurry? Many of the instructions on how to play the mini game lacked good explanations were not very clear on how to play which led me to constantly use my hints button to get through them! Also there were many times I knew exactly where to find hidden objects but the game wouldn’t allow me win almost as if forcing me to use the hints button over and over for in-tier the game…….

This game was a huge improvement than the last few terrible games that has been given to us. Beautiful graphics and smooth gameplay. Also Longer game play. I did have to skip a few of the games. Seemed confusing and directions weren’t clear to me. But that’s just me maybe. Keep putting out games like this and I’ll keep paying!

It just can’t…
I purchased “deluxe” - no access to walkthrough, but I get the splash screen seeking payment - I thought maybe I forgot to purchase it, so I hit the $7.99 tab. It tells me I already bought it, but still doesn’t let me access the walkthrough. So when the splash screen comes up yet again, I thought maybe I should hit the $6.99 tab. Purchase went through - I’ll be contacting Apple about that - but STILL no walkthrough. WTH?!

So so
I like the story and I’m enjoying the game but it doesn’t allow me to skip anything. It just says I’ll keep trying or something like that. I’m now stuck on a puzzle that won’t solve. I don’t skip many but every once in awhile one just does not work. The walkthrough shows only a picture not the breakdown you need to solve it. Now I’m stuck having paid for a game I can’t do anything further on.

Here we go again
I purchased the deluxe edition to and had no access to the walkthrough then on the left hand screen I have a timer. It’s bad enough we don’t get enough of theses then we can’t enjoy them.
Update May 19th the strategy guide works now but the timer is still up top even after the update. They need to fix everything at once before they release these games

What’s with all the ads?
These games use to be fun. Now ads pop up in mid game about every 2 minutes!!! So irritating. Especially when you’re trying to remember what the clue was or the puzzle you were attempting to solve. Already have ads for clues now just random. Sad
