Nemo Croatian is awesome!
I used Nemo Croatian for about 3 months before a bike trip to the Croatian Islands. I found it very easy to pick up, but maybe because I had a few years of Russian 40 years ago in college. The languages have many similarities. The reaction from the locals to my Croatian was awesome. I can’t count how many times I was asked if I lived in Croatia! Apparently the accent is quite good. After a while, I was getting into longer conversations of 4-5 responses. It was so much fun and the locals really seemed to enjoy it. If you are going to Croatia, get the Nemo app. It really works!

Helped from the 1st day
Nemo Croatian has been helpful from the moment it downloaded. I grew up knowing some very basic words greetings (I knew all the dirty words). Much of Croatia speaks very good English now, but when I was inland & on the Northern coast it added essential key words that made difficult situations easier. I was even complimented on my pronunciation!!!

Surprisingly Effective
I had many passable conversations in Croatia after a month with this app. People were amazed when they asked how I learned the language and I just waved Nemo at them.
Be sure to really explore all the menus settings and options. This will add greatly to getting the most from the app.

My boyfriend is from Bosnia and even though the app is Croatian it has helped me so much to learn the language.
I hope that by the time I learn all of the words they will have added new ones so I can continue my journey of learning this wonderful language!

Helpful and efficient
I find this to be a valuable tool for learning Croatian. My suggestion to those who use it is to keep going back to word lists until they are mastered, rather than mechanically proceeding to new words every day.

Easy to use
This is a vrlo dobar ap. (Very good). I just use it ten minutes a day and I learn a few new words each day. I am just learning basic words and would not be able to truly communicate in a conversation yet. But then I have only used it for about two weeks. I really like the format!

Excellent!
I love this app. It will be very useful in our travels. We upgraded to unlock all units but the free units are enough for most situations. It has offline capability which makes it great for situations while traveling. Would definitely recommend.

Simple but effective
Great app for learning words with the correct pronunciation! You can slow down the voice, too, in order to really hear what the woman is saying. Entertaining, too!

Several months to go ... at a word or phrase a day this is the free app that seems to work! I even like the reminders to practice.
Checked pronunciation with Croatian speakers and it is right on.

The Best
None of the biggest language apps like Rosetta Stone and Duolingo don't include Croatian so I was delighted to have found Nemo. By far the best Croatian language app that works for my learning style. I would highly recommend!
