The best

I love this game. I know standard crosswords are challenging in their own way, but so are these. You really have to find that right spot where the letters interact “just so” so that you can figure out which letters to place where.

I’m currently enjoying the “Nuts” stage and I don’t know what I’m going to do when I’m done with this game. I do play the games over and over so I’ll gladly start back over at a lower level but as it get easier that gets tougher to do. Thank goodness for these last couple of levels. I think I’ll have a good long while before I’m done. Please keep making puzzles!! We need you!

Love this game, another winner

I have about 23 Boy Howdy games and finally decided to try this one and it does not disappoint I am just sorry it took me so long to try. The missing letters are so fun to figure out. There are different levels and the fact that I can check for errors to see if I am on the correct path or not is terrific and there are other hints as well if needed. Once again the no timer and nice clear screen makes this relaxing to do and as challenging with the levels as I want it to be. Thank you so much Boy Howdy.

Gotta Love It❣️

If you like word games like Hangman, Word Jewels, Whirly Word, and Cryptogram, you will LOVE THIS ‼️ Technology 1) shows you how your letter choice appears in all contexts, so you can see if it’s a fit everywhere or not; 2) shows available letters, which is helpful towards the end to remind you of the odd Z,X,Q which are definitely used; 3) gives you a hint or checks your work for errors if you get stuck; and 4) allows you to choose the level of difficulty. It’s definitely become a favorite game for me.

Unique fill in the blanks word game

Pretty interesting and challenging puzzles, you fill in the blanks in a crossword pattern, the harder the puzzle the less clues you get.

Start with Easy and progress upward. Always a new puzzle to try, stretch your brains bit. I am enjoying this more as time goes by. No time limit, so you can relax while you play. Not a crossword puzzle, it's just in that form, you supply the missing letters, the many possibles is what makes this a puzzle. Thank you for a well performing game.

Crossword jewels is a Gem!

I started playing this game on the simplest level and have now worked my way up to the insane level. I am totally addicted. I’ve been playing it now for about a year. I’ve played at least one time a day. It’s great for when you’re having to wait on someone where are you only have a few minutes free to do something different. I highly recommend this game. It will grow on you.

Totally addicting!!

If you want a great twist on crossword puzzling, this is it!! Thought I was downloading typical crossword game. Since I've started I can't put it down! I so look forward to bedtime now. It's become a ritual to play this before sleep! Love the different levels, no timers and not inundated with ads!! I've become a boy howdy games addict now!! Thanks for ALL the great games! Please keep up the GREAT work guys!!

Extremely addictive and so much fun!

I’m at almost at level 64,000 and the game keeps getting better. Word puzzle fans this is your game. My granddaughter, age 8, plays the easy level and I play insane! No matter your age there’s a good fit for you. No internet or WiFi? No problem! Gotta get back to Crossword Jewels.

More interesting than most

The other reviews all mention features of this program that I like; I want to add one more! The vocabulary here is much more adventurous and less predictable than any of my other word games! Thank you for using a wider variety of words!

Sudoku, Mahjong

I am going to try the Crossword one. I play the Sudoku and the 2 Mahjong games once every day, sometimes more than once. Being housebound because of age and medical conditions these games have become my « entertainment ». These games never disappoint! Thank you!

Many different levels of difficulty!

This never gets old! Someone young could enjoy easy and it's super fun to up the difficulty levels as far as you can.

The ability to cheat is there but it'll always be challenging on the last level. Wow
