CT FIT is the app for smart band and smart watch.
CT FIT smart band and smart watch can track all-day activity, exercise, sleep, resting heart rate and exercise heart rate. With CT FIT runs on the phone, all data stored in smart band can be transferred to app and stored in the phone.
CT FIT can display daily activity data including steps, calories burned, and distance. CT FIT also can display resting heart rate for 24 hours, exercise heart rate for the period of exercise, including highest heart rate and average heart rate. CT FIT can show sleep information including start/end time, light sleep time and deep sleep time. With the CT FIT we can set daily activity goals, alarm, and the time for reminders to move. All activity data recorded by CT FIT smart band with HR can be checked on the CT FIT app.

Be careful
This was a fine app at the beginning. When I upgraded my tablet, it would no longer except this app. I lost all of the data I had amassed and can no longer wear the watch to use every month to compare my results.

Better Than an Apple Watch
Boy am I glad I didn’t spend 10 times as much on an Apple Watch which was what I started out looking for. But I wasn’t willing to spend the $ for an Apple 4 and there were no 3s to be found. Anyway, this watch is replacing a Fitbit Alta and I find it superior in almost every way. Most importantly, it’s comfortable AND I can read it outdoors. It’s sleep tracking isn’t as detailed as the fitbit’s but who cares? And this is the biggest, most important factor to consider - I needed some support, sent an email to the developer, and he replied within 12 hours. And this is the part that really amazes me. He had actually read my email and responded with and answer that was helpful, not just some generic suggestions that I had already tried. Then he worked with me until the problem was solved. Awesome service from the developer! Oh, and btw, the blood pressure readings are actually quite accurate if you follow the instructions. I love this watch!

Really good app so far but...
So far the app is great. Would like to see an option for yoga to be added to keep track of calories, heart rate, and rest state during yoga practice. All other features are great. Feel like all fitness trackers are inclusive of main sports such as tennis, soccer, basketball etc. Adding yoga option, as there is a breathing/meditation option already on here, would make this watch/app even more attractive. Thank you

Great value
This app and the watch are great value. Battery life is good and all the measurements seem to be accurate for this type of device.
The sleep, heart rate and O2 indications update quickly. For BP you have to stop your activity and manually start the process which takes 30 secs +/-. The charger connects via a magnetic contact pad which grabs the cable and orients it with no effort.

Great app
This is awesome, the only thing missing is the ability to add a different face to the watch, good job on the application, doesn’t seem to have any impact on the phones battery life. Again the only thing missing is the ability to change the face on the watch.

Pretty good actually
The people saying it only has 24 hour time and Celsius/metric readouts aren’t paying attention. You’re gonna have to spend a few mins in the app to configure everything and yes, not everything is user friendly, but this seems to be a great heart rate monitor as well as receiving notifications on it.

Keyboard not working while the watch is connected
Not sure if anyone else have this issue. But if watch is connected to iPhone 11 latest version. The keyboard will not work in any applications. Once disconnect the device the keyboard is fine. I have deleted and downloaded and repairs the application multiple time, but the issue still exist.

I don’t get notifications for all my apps
I have two WhatsApp on my phone and I only receive notifications on only whatsapp business. I don’t receive notifications for all my apps. Please upgrade the app so I can get notifications for all my apps on my iPhone.

Smart Watch syncing
Works great with my smart watch. Been using it for a while. Syncs with the watch almost immediately and sets the time using my iPhone!

When I first got it my music played and my text came through but then i clear the messages and then it won’t let me get messages anymore and it also won’t let me play my music I restarted it I did every thing in the world I hate it and I’ll never buy it again
