Won’t let me submit a payment
Tried 5 times to pay tuition, met with a blank screen each time.
Looking at the other reviews this had been an ongoing problem for at least 6 months.
It seems like a pretty important feature to leave broken for so long.

Won’t let me make a payment.
When going to the make a payment page, it stays blank. Same thing goes for my mobile browser so I thought the app would be different. Guess not.

Can’t sign up for classes
Won’t let me sign up for classes, sometimes can’t click and exit out of menus, won’t stay signed in, just is not functional. Does not work.

Awful app with many issues
I could spend all day writing up everything about dislike about CTClink but I’ll keep it short. My college recently switched to this and it is so unfriendly to use and dysfunctional. The interface alone is awful but that’s the least problematic part. It is so confusing and difficult to search for classes when registering. Why does it give me a list of over 3000 classes that are offered between dozens of colleges when I’m trying to look for classes? I’ve never seen such an unorganized way to do registration.
