A big change is coming to the mobile app classroom. The most recent version of the app, released this spring, changed the classroom from a list view to a unit view. Assignments are listed by weekly unit, and students scroll through each unit to see their assignments.
Now, we’ve added the option to view assignments in one list. This option can be accessed by a red toggle at the top right of the mobile app classroom. A pop up then allows students to choose Group by Unit or List All. Students can change their view at any time and as often as they like.
Faculty and staff who are using two-way messenger will now see read receipts on messages they have sent to students. These read receipts are not visible to students.
Students will now receive an automated push notification alerting them that they have been packaged. This notification will only go to those who are being packaged for the first time at CTU.
Tooltips are now integrated into the app. These are pop ups that provide information on new features or encouraging words to students when they are in the app.
